Perfect size and easy to carry to class. Being certified in yoga a few years ago, I want to keep my certification. I keep taking classes and practicing. Being petite, 5’ and between 95 and 100 lbs., I do not want a bulky mat. This is perfect. It stays secure, indoors and out and allows you to do your “ down dog” “up dog” and more with ease and comfort and best of all stability. Buy it if you’re searching.

I liked the softness and the easy grip. I use this mat for my stretch and yoga classes.

I've had this mat for less than a year now and was drawn to the cost. Very early on, the material it's made from started to "shed" in bits, requiring frequent vacuuming when it's used. I've now spent a little bit more money on a higher quality mat, which I should've done in the first place; buying this one, then the new one, has cost me more in the end. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars on a higher quality mat made from more durable, non-shedding material.

Well, you get what you pay for. It looks good in the pictures and when it is delivered, but all you have to do is press on the rubber to see that it compresses like those pillow foam products. Absolutely no support and my knees were killing me all through yoga. That was a wasted discount value because I did get the ugly purple one because of the price but it wouldn't have mattered which color. And it's greasy. Be careful not to slide and hurt yourself. I guess it's back to the disgusting old yoga mats provided free at the studio.

I got this for my sister for her birthday and she loves it. I was a little worried because the last one she got on here was very similar to this and she said it was crappy. But she is still happy with it and shes had it now for about 3 months.
