Nicely engineered
Received a brand new piece. Professionally packed and delivered. Works well on no load. Shall update again after using it for a while.Nice powder coated finish.Please note1) If you plan to work under the vehicle, use an additional, firmly planted, jack stand to secure the vehicle after raising it with ANY hydraulic jack.2) Store the jack in it’s box in an upright position to avoid dirt getting into the seal housing. Also, make sure the release bolt is finger tight.3) Read the instruction manual carefully, before using the jack.4) Use the jack within it’s load limit.5) If you unscrew the release bolt beyond what the manual suggests, you may have oil leak out. This how it is designed to work.Update - August 2024The Jack holding up well. No issues at all.

Not suitable for Tata Nexon with 209 mm GC - Returned
1. Not suitable for my Nexon XZA+ AMT D [2018] with 209 mm GC. Even with the ram and the screw fully extended, the wheel did not lift up due to inadequate lift up. The OE stock screw jack is the best.2. The ram did not retract fully back after unlocking the valve. I had to turn the screw at the top and struggle a lot to remove the jack from the jacking position.3. The jack was received with leaked oil all over the cover and box. I did not know how much of oil leaked during transit.4. There was no lifting handle provided as shown in the photograph. The photograph shown was misleading as it was 12 T capacity. Don't mislead. Edited: Thanks for changing the incorrect image with handle that of 12 T capacity. Now, I find the correct images of 4 T capacity.5. Misleading title as the jack was not suitable for Nexon or any other car/SUV/LCV with ground clearance of 209 mm or more. Don't misguide.So, I returned this useless jack and got my money back.

No compromise with the quality
Recently bought this product and done testing on my vehicle. I had done testing on my i10 and found this product so helpful and easy to use.If you are looking for a jack, go for it.Note - Price are high. However, it is worth to invest in this.

Better than cheap imported ones
Pros : Quality looks very good. Came in original packing. Paint quality is good. There no leveling issues like some of the cheap ones.Cons: Oil reservoir is welded at both ends, not sure how repairable it will be.

Good product but raise height insufficient for SUVs
I had bought it for my Ford ecosport but it's raise height is not sufficient. It will work well for small cars but not for SUVs.
