Do you add lard to neatsfoot oil?

I have never heard of adding lard to neatsfoot oil. I get good results just using the product as is. Apply it evenly with a small saturated rag, let penetrate 24 hours before recoating. D. J.

Is this a clear liquid?

It's transparent, but not completely clear. Beware, it does darken leather- and don't use too much- don't soak leather in this. Otherwise, it's good stuff.

Will this condition anything made out of leather, like boots belts holsters and wallets?

Yes, it will work on anything leather, used it on my baseball glove, my holster for my pistol, my cousin uses it for her saddle,. Caution if you use it on new leather it will darken it . If you want to keep it light color don't use it. It is to be put on let it set for a day and wipe off as it will collect dust.
