I primarily love & support the ethos of Ekopura. I've looked for natural, quality health supplements for a long time and delayed purchasing anything because none seem quite right. I've only been taking the capsules a week but they appear to have an effective impact on my feelings of health already. I feel less lethargic and generally more revitalised.

Too soon to evaluate all of the above criteria for a fair eval....but timely arrival and previous good rating lead me to believe I choose well and that a follow on rating will be satisfactory.

That the product is as described.

My diet is low in B12. This supplement has both forms of B12 which are necessary for good health. Thrilled to find it. Excellent value. Easy to take. Experienced good results after first capsule. Thanks very much.

I have a B12 deficiency and was told to start taking tablets, after two weeks of injections. I took these for a week and they gave me such bad headaches, stopped me from sleeping and I broke out in spots, for the first time in my life, and I’m 39! Switched to another, more expensive brand, and I feel so much better. Might just have been my personal reaction to them, but I wouldn’t recommend them.

I am using the product as supplement. It is too early to state how good the product is. It will take some time before the benefits, if any, can be felt.
