Great flavor and works great

Received the product as promised, sealed with plastic on the cap and with a paper safety seal inside the bottle, so I confident in that the product is legit as much as I can be, also bought from official NutraBio Amazon store as for the powder, my experience with more granular creative powders is that they have a hard time dissolving, this powder was pulverized like powdered sugar so it dissolved much easier but there still is some sediment even in a gallon water, the taste is pleasant just a standard pink artificial fruit punch. My conclusion is that it is a more premium product and worth the price. It is optimized for palatibility and ease of mixing even though generic creatines can be bought in bulk for cheaper.

This supliment is pretty much a three in one powerhouse. It has your Creatine, Glutamine and Taurine. Creatine helps increase the amount of blood that flows through your veins. So more blood equals more nutrients that will help out your muscle growth to become stronger and more powerful. Now with creatine you have to drink a lot of water, I mean a lot. If you don't feel thirsty still drink water. It sucks but you have to do it. Glutamine is an amino acid, and essential one as well. See what glutamine does is help your digestion, helps with brain health, promotes muscle growth, increases athletic performance and even helps with high blood pressure. Taurine helps out with fatigue. It will help make you fatigue less while working out. You can find this ingredient in energy drinks very often. Now the time to take this sup is about 30 minutes before your workout and pretty much immediately after to maximize optimal growth. Personally I take this with my prework-out and with my protein shake.

I drink this everyday in my black coffee. Dissolves easy and no bad taste. Has helped my recovery after weight training and mentally I feel shaped.

First supplement I've ever taken. Wasn't expecting much since I'm not a gym ratt. I only throw around my dumbells at home. Having said that, I do throw em around a bunch and do quite strenuous core work. I have definitely noticed an impressive increase in muscle density. Overall I am BEYOND impressed and will be continuing to reorder this product. There truly is no flavor & it devolves in water perfectly.
