Little trouble with delivery but they resent and all good

Exactly as described, arrived in a Galaxy box, with 24 normal sized bars all unbroken with 10 months before best before date left. Will order again.

Brought this to help keep the lockdown spirits up. I’d forgotten how great galaxy chocolate was, having previously accidentally ordered these bars instead of minstrels, I got hooked and had to order more. Cost a little more than I might spend normally but definitely worth it in lockdown.

Absolutely fine,-wanted as a present and it did the job beautifully.

So my son in law loves chocolate with a passion so I brought a box of his favourite galaxy & box of his other favourite & tied together then glue gun the chocs on top. He was made up 😆

Normally I read reviews before I buy. I wish I had read the previous review that stated this was expensive. I bought this is a present under the assumption it would be cheaper to buy a box. Having read that review i decided to check prices. Indeed it is true. On amazon I paid for this box £15.39. This calculates to £1.53/100g At Morrisons it is currently on offer....4x42g for £1.25...(normally £1.50). That makes it 75p/100g (89p at normal price). You can also get the larger 200g bar for £1.50 which also works out to 75p/100g. Essentially I could have bought 6 packs of the 4x42g OR 5x200g bars for £7.50....half the price than what i paid on Amazon. Unfortunately the box has already begun to be eaten by the time i realised. Also, I was highly unimpressed by the delivery. There was no mention on the box that these were perishable items. It was delivered on the 31st July when the temp was 38 degrees. The box was warm and was also left on the front porch. Luckily the chocolate had not melted and I was reliably informed that the box was complete and its tastes "Yummy"!!....Hence 2 stars instead of one.
