Shipping was fast item count and volume correct batch color is more blue jean blue than royal blue but Thats what I bought them for to mend denim pants

The colour is Anchor A019 which is a pinky-purpley red, not post-box or cherry red, which is what it looks like in the photos. Not suitable for embroidery where you want an actual shade of red. Product is fine. Colour not as expected.

I know that colour can vary on phone/laptop screens but when a colour is described in the title as ROYAL BLUE you don't expect a light blue. I need this thread for a project where I used Royal blue and it ran out, so this is unusable to me. How can I return it??

Was great but now when I look at them nowSeller decided to included postage if £5.99 which doesn’t make the product worth that price doesn’t cost more than £3.10 as small parcel via Royal or even 88p as a large letter

I thought the Anchor embroidery skeins were of very good quality. Lovely colour.Came in a box to keep them tidy. Brilliant.
