Not GE branded
The starters I recieved are fine: they match the technical specifications and work in my fixtures. They are *NOT* GE branded, but rather bear the brand "Tungsram". This is the same company (or rather, is the new name for GE lighting in Europe), but it is confusing.

Great, worth the money
Works great, my tube light wasn't working, new it was the starter problem. Arrived next day and work straight away. Very happy.
