Good vegan option for warm winter socks.
The fit was smaller than I expected for the large, but it does not constrict blood flow and remains comfortable throughout the day. They are very warm. This is an excellent vegan option for those looking to replace wool socks and smart wool with a synthetic material that didn't require cruelty to sheep which is rampant and unavoidable in large commercial wool production.

Great comfy socks.
Great fit, super soft and you’ll never feel too hot or too cold in them unless in extreme circumstances! I’ve been buying these for 10 years, when I was planning on hiking the Appalachian Trail. They wick sweat but keep you warm enough, that’s a tough combo in a sock that will also last a really long time. I think 2 years is about how long before I wear a hole through one layer. Can’t beat it! I only wish they made a really tall sock. In that case I go with Carhart tall socks they make an extremely great tall sock.

Best Sock I have found for Blisters while backpacking
Good sock to dramatically reduce the chance of getting blisters while carrying a load on your back! This is a fairly thick sock but not the thickest I have used. It is sort of 2 socks in one. It is a liner and also a regular wool sock sewn together. they do a good job preventing blisters while backpacking. Pair these with good fitting boots and my blisters to milage ratio has gone down.

Great comfort, obnoxious name placement
These are superb in fit, comfort, and warmth. I have yet to test the "no blisters" guarantee.I personally would appreciate if the company would leave off the logo/product name placement across the top. At least it's over the toe, not the cuff, but still OBNOXIOUS. I do not want to be a walking advertisement for the brands I PAY to wear and will spread good will to quality vendors by gifting their products instead.

Great comfortable socks!
On my legs most crew socks are closer to being knee socks than crews and I end up looking ridiculous when wearing hiking boots with shorts or capris. I was so excited to find Wright Socks are not as long as other brands. The socks are extremely comfortable and I don't get a heat rash on my ankles and calves like I do from some other brands. I love, love, love them.I really like that the "model" name and size is woven into the inside top of the socks. That is a great idea when socks look the same but are of different weight, e.g. the Escape crew vs. the Adventure crew vs. the Cool Mesh crew. And when it comes to buying more (which is a given) I will know exactly what to order. And ladies, Amazon may label these as men's socks but they are actually unisex.

No more hot spots
Began using the double layer coolmesh 2 as running sock a couple of months ago and very pleased with reduced friction so decided to try the light hiker for trail shoes and ankle high boots for a 7 mi mixed hard surface-dirt trail that done quickly causes me hot spots. Once again all that is gone. A bit warmer than single layer but worth it and far more convenient than liner socks. Don't think they will hold up to sharp objects as well as some but no wear from inside the shoe. If size borderline, go up not down.

Wrightsock Double-Layer Adventure Cushion Crew Socks
I bought two for my husband because he likes the short socks. Unfortunately, the top of the sock is too tight and causes circulation problems. I bought some for our son for Christmas, hope he does well with them.

Pretty strenuous hike and the socks performed flawlessly
I got these socks for hiking up Mt. Mitchell, NC. Pretty strenuous hike and the socks performed flawlessly! No blisters, no hot spots!!Spent three days wearing only two pairs of these socks. (I know it's shameful!) Hiked 5 1/2 miles up the first day, very vertical practically non-stop and very strenuous! Hiked around various trails for about 4 miles and then the 5 1/2 mile hike back from the summit to Black Mountain Camp Grounds and no complaints with these socks!
