Loved this book. It's a great read to get you ready for Halloween, or anytime you want to get that spine tingling feeling. Theresa is an entertaining story teller who keeps you turning the pages with a mixture of history, personal stories and humor. I've never been on a ghost hunt, but I liked the feeling of taking these 10 tours through words. After reading America's Most Haunted, I feel like I'm a ghost hunter. Maybe I'll actually give it a try now. Although Theresa can keep "Mike" for herself! (Got to read to find out who "Mike" is)America's Most Haunted a great read for anyone interested in the paranormal, historical locations, humor - well it's a great read for anyone.

I've only read a few pages so far but the information as well as personal experiences spooked me out. I highly recommend if you like not only paranormal accounts but also a history of it.

What a great book for paranormal enthusiasts. Detailed history, many first hand experiences with media references for looking into. PLUS! Valuable contact information to visit/tour the locations. Based on the information made available in this book, I am planning a week's vacation to western PA and, Ohio to visit several of these locations.

I really enjoyed the book and how it's written. You get a good sense of what you would see if you visit and then what people have had happen in those areas.

Arrived sooner then expected, looked great. I bought as a gift for my sister in law that loves reading about Haunted places. She browsed it after opening and said she loved all the detail they went into on places. Great buy.

So much background history of locations along with personal experiences and "tour" section in each chapter made this informative and interesting. I've read, visited and researched many of these included in the book and yet still found myself not skipping even one chapter.

Bought the kindle version, reads well, and is spooky so I'm happy

Das Buch erzählt die Geschichte von 10 Orten in Amerika, die am meisten paranormale Phänomene aufweisen.Jeder Ort bekommt sein eigenes Kapitel.Zu Beginn jedes Kapitels erfährt der Leser etwas über die Geschichte des Ortes. Anschließend wird man Stück für Stück durch den Ort geführt.Die Autoren berichten von den paranormalen Phänomenen, die sie in besagten Teilen erlebt haben. Am Ende  des Kapitels werden weitere Informationen zum Ort gegebenen, zb über Öffnungszeiten, Touren etc.Das Buch hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich kannte die meisten Orte schon aus Tv Shows, aber im Buch habe ich vieles erfahren, das man in den Shows nicht gesehen hat. Ich mochte auch, dass jeder Ort Stück für Stück erklärt wurde, wo genau welche Phänomene auftreten. Das Buch ist spannend zu lesen und gleichzeitig informativ.
