Amazing hydration and softening properties, plus the perfect, almost imperceptible color it imparts, make this an all-star lip treatment. I have super dry, cracked lips that are very sensitive to product, and this is the first lip product I have found that soothes while it gives the perfect amount of natural sheen and a super soft pink color that looks like your natural lip tone (mine are very pale, so on darker lips, color may not show up at all but the shine is amazing). I personally absolutely love the scent, which is not reminiscent at all of citrus- it actually has a spicy, autumnal scent that blends beautifully and uniquely with he soft rose scent customary to Smith's salves. I don't believe it to be overpowering or synthetic-smelling like some have mentioned. In fact, it's my favorite scent so far regarding beauty products of any kind thus far (and this coming from a cosmetic chemist with a beauty blog- aka a product junkie). The very reasonable price tag is icing on the cake, especially seeing as the adorable tin is quite large and will last you at least several months. I recommend it to absolutely everyone!

I was really happy to get this and try it out since I love this whole product line. I love the way this feels its light and you don't need to reapply all day when using it. I really like putting it on before bed to wake up with soft lips instead of dry cracked ones when the weather is so cold. I may use it 3 times a day mostly after meals to keep my lips soft. It smells really nice like a spicy orange and I have not noticed any flavor so it does not smell all day under your nose. I usually forget I even have it on which I think is a nice touch. If you love the other products I would say you will enjoy this. It seems a bit lighter then the original rosebud but very nice.

This is a nice balm. It smells so good! Mandarin and Rose are such a lovely combination. The tint is so slight it's almost unnoticeable on the lips. It's like a slightly tinted and scented Vaseline type of balm. Really slick, but not sticky. Make sure you keep it out of the heat though. Mine showed up all melted to one side and in turn made the lid hard to open.

I am in love with this lip balm. It smells amazing, not to strong but, just enough smell. You can’t smell it when it’s on though too which is nice. It’s not greasy at all and it’s very light on the lips. A little goes a LONG way for sure. It really does help my chapped lips and it seems to stay on and last for a few hours before I need to reapply. 10/10 will buy again when I’m out!

Mmmm love it

I thought I give this product a try due to the positive reviews. I love oranges and anything citrus and bought this one. It smelled like autumn candle...not much of the orange mandarin. It's a very spicy smell, spicy flavor, and my lips burned like I have eaten hot peppers. You don't need very much on your lips...a little goes a long way. It feels like I have a slab of soften butter on my lips. My husband used it and he didn't get the burning sensation like I did. I am keeping this one at home with the lid laying on top. People are not kidding when they say the lid is really hard to open. I would suggest buying a travel size container of your choice and putting the balm into it. You can also reuse Blistex medic container....it has a nice lid.

Right now I'm still using it. It's pretty good for lips!

I used to be able to buy these at the drug store for nearly nothing and they were plentiful. Now they are very hard to find and can really cost a lot. Felt I got a good deal here with the 3 that were sent together. Never had the Mandarin before and it is pleasant. I think this is a great product and have used it for years and years. I recommend it highly. One in my purse, one in the living room, on my night stand in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Great, great product without all the additives. That is why it has been around forever and will continue to be!
