The provisions of this warranty do not apply to Products: (i) used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended; (ii) which have been altered or abused; or (iii) which have been used in violation of any written instructions provided by the Company. SOLE REMEDY; NO ADMISSION The company's sole obligation under this warranty shall be to replace the Product. In no event shall the Company's acceptance to replace a Product be construed as an admission of liability of any kind, including, without limitation, that the Product returned was in fact defective. |
