Organic, raw, incredible aroma, and fresh, sweet yet not overpowering taste. After trying a few, I've settled on this one and never looked back. Yes recently it does come a bit crystallized but I take it as a sign of it being completely unprocessed and once you unscrew the bottle cap it comes down (and you can help it with the back of a spoon). I also like that it's not produced in China as I have my doubts about organic produce from there.
