Great for wide doorway (it's actually 39 inches wide)
Good product for a great price. Allows me to do wide Pull-Ups, narrow Pull-Ups, neutral position Pull-Ups, and chin-ups for biceps. Great compounds exercises.Super easy to assemble with the given tools and instructions. Max 10 minutes, 8 screws.I particularly got this product because I have a wide doorway - 39inch outer dimensions from edge to edge of the frame; 34 inch inner dimension. The main horizontal bar is listed as 38 in wide, it is actually 38.75 inches wide (even better), which is perfect for my wide doorway. Most other doorway pull-up bars in this price range are only 36 or 37 inches wide, which is too narrow; you risk the bar falling off the frame if you jostle it too much, or more commonly denting the wood of the doorframe because all that weight is focused on a smaller surface area.As you can see in the pictures, I wrapped the edges with some plastic to prevent squeaking from the foam and wood rubbing. Minor annoyance, easy fix.

Surprisingly Awesome!
I put this together in a matter of minutes. It is actually more sturdy than I was led to believe given quite a few of the reviews on it - which kind of makes me think that people either didn’t tighten the screws as much as they should have or over tightened the screws and stripped the holes. I am a very active, fit female who weighs about 130 and I have not felt like this is incapable of handling my weight at all. A great product for how much you’re paying really, and the instructions were very easy to follow. Very pleased with this. I think it’s very practical and love how easy it is to move from one location of my house to the other.

Cheap but serviceable
Installed in a house with three professional circus performers for at home inversion drills. Bar is aluminum, not steel, and bends under your weight as you hang from it. No one using it is over 200lbs. The alleged max weight is 250 but I wouldn't push it. But for the price, it's serviceable. None of us have died yet and we have it on an 8 foot high loft door and have done full inversions (feet over head, explicitly against included safety instructions) on it.At home warning for non pros: you can ONLY do a stationary inversion on this. That means hanging very still and slowly bringing your legs fully overhead without rocking the bar in any way. Youtube lyra and stationary trapeze mounts if in doubt. Do NOT "take beats" a la flying trapeze or otherwise swing your legs overhead using momentum, you will detach the bar from the doorway and hurt yourself.I add that disclaimer because if you're going to buy a bar this cheap and flimsy, it is either be because you're a pro performer/who is broke (like all pro performers) and trying to cut corners OR it's your first time working out and you have no idea what you're doing. Please don't try inverting on this bar against their instructions unless you know how to invert already. It's a cheap piece of crap but does the job. We're keeping it. Btw it comes with a really funny poster about "how to work out." Worth it for comedy gold alone.

I LOVE IT
so if you're not wanting to break the bank while getting a decent pull-up bar I would order this! it's super easy to assemble and it has worked for all of my needs. I do pull up close grip and wide grip every day and the handlebars are thin so you can more easily grab them and work out your back compared to your grip. For those this doesn't quite make sense to... fatter grip bars can be harder to grasp but smaller grip bars require way less hand strength and the cushioning on this is awesome. Its not overly cushioned its just enough and it helps give you a grip when pulling. THIS has more uses other than pull-ups btw! you can just hang to increase grip strength, use it to attach bands for mimicking lat pulldowns, and give a banded tricep stretch when the band is attached. Don't buy an expensive one with all the gadgets, this works fine for beginners, novices, and intermediates.

Good price, good quality if you don't need anything fancy - Recommended
It was fairly easy to put together. The instructions weren't totally accurate or complete in my opinion- You need to choose the tool that can actually screw in the hex screws, and I used the flat washer under the split washer before screwing on the nut. With this combo, the screws appeared firmly locked in without causing damage to the parts. Also, having read some previous reviews about damage to the door trim, I duct-taped the ends of the bars with some malleable foam packing material. I would suggest before buying to measure depth of your door jam (requires min 4 inches) as some reviewers have suggested. For reference, my door is about 33 inches wide including trim and I have the bar positioned so it juts out 3 inches on either side (if your door is very close to a corner, you may not have enough clearance). For the price, the quality isn't bad. The foam on the handle bars are okay. They aren't that thick, but for me they do its job of preventing blisters and as long as the metal parts hold, I'll be okay with taping any rips in the foam. My usage: Less than a month, about every other day for less than 10 minutes/day

Great for the price, sturdy construction, but potentially short lifespan.
Great workout bad and easy to put together. Feels very sturdy and fits the 3 different sized doorways I've used. Hd it for about three months now and I'm starting to see the pads on outsides of the bar that runs horizontal starting to get torn up. I only way around 165lbs so I don't think too heavy of a weight is an issue. This has made me lower the review to 3 stars because I'm not sure how long these pads will actually last now.UPDATE: Both the cushions on the part the touches the doorframe have ripped and I have to make sure they don't damage the door. Won't be purchasing this brand again.
