Working Great so far... Lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks! With a sensibe diet and exercise.
Of course, I purchased these after watching the Dr. Oz show. They have no fillers and it is exactly what you see. I've always had a hard time losing weight even with dieting and working out. I don't have any hormonal or thyroid problems. I've gotten a complete check up and everything is fine, and I am turning 40 this year. I just have a slow metabolism. I've been one of those people that doesnt have to eat all day and can have just one meal at night for years and years. So even when I diet and work out hard, I get very little results. Maybe 3 lbs in three weeks while dieting, weigh training and cardio. But since I started taking these, Ive been able to lose about 2 lbs each week. Im at 8 lbs lost so far after just four weeks. I am watching what i eat as well as working out 3 to 4 times a week for an hour or two. But I have never gotten these great results. The minute I started taking them , i noticed a bit more energy, for those addicted to caffeine, it's not that much energy, you will still need your coffee. But it is noticeable. It is suppose to have less caffeine than a decaffeinated cup of coffee. It also curbs your appetite, I found myself eating less and less portions all the time. There are no side effects. No jittery feeling, nothing negative. I take them as directed, twice a day. I was doing one in the morning and one for lunch. But I tend to be hungrier at night so Im taking one before dinner instead of lunch and i can sleep just fine. All I can say is that it's worth a try to see if it works for you. The box has a coupon for a free bottle and customer service is super nice and helpful, I am getting my free bottle soon without having to buy or subscribe to anything. But I wen't ahead and got another bottle from Amazon, I want to give it a good 3 months trial until I reach my goal weight. So good Luck and I'll post more soon.

Effective diet, complete detail, very affordable
I came up with a full change using this and other things that has been very effective that I wanted to share. First, this is very affordable, and though this requires a lot of money in supplements, please also remember that if you are overweight you are probably spending $400-$600 a month in food, and this will absolutely save you money at the store and restaurants. So what you put in to the supplements you can easily get back out at the end of your month by not purchasing as much to eat. * NatureWise Raspberry Ketones Plus+ Weight Loss Supplement and Appetite Suppressant (now on called RK+) * NatureWise Green Coffee Bean Extract 800 with GCA Natural Weight Loss Supplement (CBE) * NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia Extract Natural Appetite Suppressant and Weight Loss Supplement (GCE) * Now Foods B-12 (B12) and finally, for the workouts, make sure to get: * McDavid Waist Trimmer (raises your body temp and really gets you sweating to burn more calories) The RK+, CBE, and GCE all help appetite. The B-12 helps with a slow metabolism to help jump-start it. True enough that there is no magic supplement, through many sources of "every little bit helps" we will get to those magic results you want. I crave a lot of food at night, the worst time, and could gain 5 pounds from half a pound of chocolate, so I'm speaking from the heart. 1. First wake up, take CBE, GCE, GCE, with a full glass of water 2. Wait 45 minutes and eat breakfast. Seriously. You wont lose weight unless you eat soon after waking up, this wakes up your metabolism and gets you started. Breakfast is a MUST. To help keep cost down, I drink an "Equate" brand chocolate shake found right next to the slimfast. Oddly enough, the Equate is actually made with less chemicals too. 3. For lunch time, take GCE, GCE, again with a full glass of water. 4. Take the B12 and place it under your tongue and let it sit there like you were slowly sucking on a cough drop. DO NOT swallow this tab or you are wasting your time/money. Suck on this and wait for 45 minutes, if its taking too long, chew it very thoroughly and let it dissolve in your mouth. 5. Each lunch and then take RK+ to help curb future hunger for the next 4 hours. Ive discovered this product helps tremendously, for short periods of time and you can only take 2 a day, so use them wisely when you know you over-eat. For me it is at night, so I save them for later in the day. 6. Dinner time, take CBE, GCE, GCE, once again wait 45 minutes and then eat. 7. I wait for at least an hour or two and then take my final RK+ to really make sure I can go to bed without feeling hungry. Notes: You MUST wait the 30-45 minutes before eating. This gives your body time to digest the supplement so that its effects can change your real time hunger sensations. You will notice the feeling of slight nausea you get from really over-eating. As long as you arent actually sick, this seems a normal occurrence that happens to me once every other day or so. If you are finding you are having a hard time waiting the 45 minutes, then you need to adjust your schedule, set an alarm on your $200 dollar phone if you have to, and take it sooner so that you can for the next time. If you take the supplements and then eat right away, they will eventually have the same effect, but by then you have probably eaten too much as per usual for weight problems, and it will be too late. The B12 can really be taken anytime during the day, but I really like using it during one of those 45 minute waits because it helps trick my mind into thinking we are eating when really we arent. How to save the money back: Breakfast can be the Equate brand knockoff of the slimfast shakes. Good amount of calories and ultra cheap compared to a meal. Lunch, I recommend the Amy's brand frozen ANYTHING. It all taste great, you will only spend $3-5, and very few items have more than 400 calories. Using the RK+ effectively and strategically for YOUR body when you need it most will help you not eat as much food, and that of course saves you a lot of money. I eat no less than 1500 calories a day. (1200 if female). If you do not eat at least this much, guess what, you arent losing weight again. BREAKFAST, EAT ENOUGH CALORIES, WAIST BAND w/ MODERATE EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR AN HOUR, this can be very effective overall plan. Lost ten pounds the first week, second week my body leveled out a bit, but I am still looking at a loss of 2-3 pounds. My goal is just to lose 2-5 pounds every week and I think this will be very successful in the long run.

No weight loss, but increased energy levels
Feeling the deck stacked against me with currently-not-controlled hypothyroidism and, for a separate issue, being on a medication that is used to help people with anorexia GAIN weight, I thought I would see if Dr. Oz was right or not about green coffee bean extract. I first tried a different and slightly more expensive version of it purchased here off Amazon with an extremely long title that begins with #1 NEW PURE SVETOL. It was such a waste of money. It did absolutely nothing. No weight loss. No energy. No decreased appetite. Nada. Since NatureWise's version had a better average review score and was more cost-friendly with my Subscribe & Save at 20% off, I figured what the heck. I have been using it, albeit not religiously, for about two or three months now. It honestly has not helped me lose weight. BUT I have had days where I just didn't take it. When I first purchased it, I was in a terrible upward trend of slowly gaining weight from my aforementioned problems. I stopped gaining once I started this product. And, unlike the previously tried brand, I noticed I had a lot more energy and alertness with this product. I am very sensitive to caffeine and get jitters and headaches from it very easily, and I had none of those with this product. I can focus a lot better with it and am very productive with my work. I wish very badly that it would help me lose weight, but I am not the average person due to my health and medications. I will stay on this product for a while longer, thanks in part to NatureWise's kind offer of a free bottle after purchasing the first one, and maybe with the right medical treatment and medication dosing, this product will help me lose a few pounds. But I am still very happy with the increased energy I get from it, and not in a manic type of way. It's a good company, and there is something different about this brand compared to at least one other. If I had lost even a few pounds on it, it would be 5* from me. I do think it is worth a try though to anyone. What other stuff have you wasted $20 on? Maybe this $20 will help you shrink a bit.
