Works great , and great price.
Great looking faucet, few small issues, 1 fittings on water lines are male and valve fittings are male also. standard lines provided are shorter then original lines requires female to female braided line with 1/2 to 3/8 line . and weight provided isn't enough, I purchased an additional weight on amazon that fixed the issue with retraction.Deck plate is standard 3 hole deck plate and it comes with a single hold plate if you have a single hole sink basin.Easy to install and instructions are very well written (and not in Chinglish like so many products these days).Nice tall neck and easy swivel and controls. Spray vs Stream works fine and smooth operations in all facets.Check your existing faucet valve connections before your start you may need 1/2 to 3/8 coupling or line extensions best to get them before you start.

It leaked immediately after installation
Bought this last year based on price, the white color, and several enthusiastic reviews. Yesterday, the plumber installed it and informed me it was defective -- a leak somewhere in the faucet head. The plumber said it was cheaply made. So I guess I got what I paid for. Since the return window was only 30 days I'm "up the creek without a kitchen faucet." Bought a Moen at Lowe's to replace it, and saw the CleanFLO on display there. You can see and feel the difference in quality.

Excellent value, easy installation
This faucet is an excellent value; I got it as an Amazon Warehouse deal, and it was in fine shape, with no missing parts. Installation is easy, and the instructions are very good -- not perfect, but very good. The exterior parts of this faucet are plastic, and that's OK with me; I think in many cases it will be more durable than painted metal. The only flaw -- and the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 -- is that the pull-down spout doesn't snap tightly into the curved arm. I mean, it's very close, and it doesn't dangle -- there's just a 1/16" or 1/8" gap until you push the spout tightly into the arm. I'm a perfectionist, and would prefer to see a solid seating there. But, for the price I paid, I'm not expecting that kind of German precision.

On the plus side (and the reason this is one star), this was an $80 faucet instead of a $300 faucet so I had lower expectations. On the minus side:- the counterweight isn't heavy enough, so the faucet head is constantly dangling an inch or so below where it should be (not as easy a fix as it sounds - it's not the weight that's the problem, it's the friction inside)- sprayer function is iffy, so it sometimes gets stuck on "mostly a stream but with dribbles all over"- the sprayer part comes unscrewed by about a quarter turn with normal use, so water starts dribbling out above the nozzle in addition to below it (which is a pain to have to fix)- it absolutely looks just as cheap plastic in person as it does in the picturesThe only reason we're not returning this faucet is because my husband refuses to install another one and I refuse to go another week without a kitchen sink. It works in the sense that it is, indeed, a faucet, but your money is better spent elsewhere.

Nice look
I do enjoy the look of this and how great it looks with my white porcelain sink and the ease of turning it on/off and switching from hot/cold. The pull down spray nozzle does NOT retract tightly back in the nozzle part of it. I have re positioned the weight trying different places but nothing has worked. If it weren't so much trouble to take it apart I would probably return it. If you are a busy kitchen person and/or have more people and would use this alot, I wouldn't recommend it. You have to feed it back in manually and it doesn't lock back into place or even fit tightly.

Big Bang 4 Buck
O.K. it's plastic. That is the ONLY negative thing I can say about this Fantastic Bargain of a faucet! It came within days. All the parts were there. It's assembly was easy. And best of all IT WORKS!! Not only does it work, it does so flawlessly. Although this is probably not a lifetime faucet it is something that should last for some years and beyond. Very stylish. Pull out feature is a good addition. The spray feature directs the spray as opposed to having a wide spray. All in all a very fine addition to our kitchen.

There is nothing I like about this faucet.
I ordered this faucet to replace a Moen faucet that we'd had for about ten years. I was having a hard time finding a white faucet in the gooseneck style. When I found this, I was super excited because it was the color and style I wanted and it didn't cost $400. However, when my husband found out what I had spent on it, he was concerned, reminding me that you get what you pay for. He is in the construction/remodeling industry, and when he opened the box, he was immediately disappointed. He showed me the comparison between this faucet and the old one. The old faucet was heavy- solid construction, well built. This one weighed less that a chihuahua soaking wet- flimsy and chintzy. Anyway, we were desperate, already having lived without a faucet for several days, so my husband proceeded to install it. When everything was finished, we noticed that the hose would not stay in it's proper position. He even installed an extra counter weight, but it would just not go in all the way. Anyway, he turned on the water after installation- HUGE leak. He said it was leaking around a factory pressed fitting. That was enough for us to just throw our hands up and send it back. You do get what you pay for. This faucet is cheaply made and poorly designed. You'll save some money in the short run, but in the long run, you will be frustrated and I can't imagine this faucet standing the test of time.

good value for money
good value for money, and works OK but be advised it's plastic. The end of the faucett does nor retract fully into the housing as the single weight on the water inlet hose is not heavy enough. To get it to retract fully I have had to add an additional weight, but as expected that makes the hose more difficult to pull out.
