Supportive and soft, perfect!
I bought this travel pillow in preparation for a long flight to Europe. I’ve always struggled with sleeping on planes since I typically get a sore neck from my head falling forward or laying against the wall of a window seat. I was hesitant to try this pillow since I have a slim neck and haven’t found success with the generic travel pillows. When the pillow first arrived, I was skeptical about how compact the pillow was, but once I opened it, it expanded and I could see how supportive it was. The pillow initially had a very strong smell to it—exactly like the smell of a new memory foam mattress topper. The smell is already starting to go away, so make sure to buy at least a week or two in advance to air it out! Unlike the other travel pillows, this one was able to support my slim neck since you can tighten the strap, and one of the sides tucks in to fit snugly under my chin. The material is extremely soft and I like the fact that you can easily remove it to wash. Another great feature is that one of the sides is wider on the pillow, so it’s comfortable to rest your head to the side without it getting sore. All around it’s a perfect travel pillow!

Best Travel Neck Pillow I Have Found
I chose this product after looking at every single travel neck pillow on Amazon. I have never been able to sleep on a plane and wanted to find a neck pillow that really supports my head. The design of this neck pillow allows for enough adjustability to situate it in various positions. After trying it out, I am very pleased with how it supports my head, allowing me to sleep with my head slightly to the side or straight forward. The back is also not so thick as to push the head forward, which is a smart design and helps prevent neck pain. The memory foam is of good quality and is very comfortable. Also like how it compresses into the travel bag so it does not take up much room. Overall, very pleased with this and it was the best I found after much research.

Not the best for tiny necks
After reading multiple reviews I decided on this travel pillow. It is very soft, comfortable and compact. The pillow is made well and has a good design. No offgassing when I opened the package either from the foam. While the actual pillow is great I found for myself personally the pillow wasn’t able to tighten up enough for my neck. Maybe two sizes in the future would be better? I was disappointed that even tightened down it was just a little too loose for how I would want the pillow. That’s the reason for 4 stars over 5. My husband gave it a shot and he liked it a lot! So we will end up keeping it. We’re headed to Thailand soon and our flight will be about 13.5hrs. He doesn’t sleep well on planes and he thinks this will help. The eye mask and ear plugs that come with the pillow are great as well. The mask is great quality and really provides almost complete darkness. I like that it’s adjustable rather than a basic elastic band.

Highly Versatile with Varying Neck Heights, Great for Flying or Camping
I took this pillow camping with me. I was backpacking, and I thought this would be a compact way to bring a comfy pillow. It was quite nice once I found the right position. This pillow has several heights around the pillow, so it will fit any needs. Because of the height variances, it would be easy to use sitting up (like on an airplane) because you could twist the pillow in any direction to find the position that fits your neck. I used this laying down in a hammock, so instead of using it as neck support, I used it to lift and support my head. It was firm yet soft. I enjoyed it.When used sitting up, I like that the pillow wraps all the way around the neck with the clip. Typical neck pillows are U-shaped, so there is a gap in front where the chin has space to drop, which just makes it uncomfortable. I have tried another version of this same pillow where there was a cinch cord, but that didn't close the gap enough to keep my head from falling forward. This was a nice pillow. It like that the memory foam allows it to be compacted in a small bag that can be packed away instead of a large, tacky pillow dangling off my bag. It's quite a nice little contraption.

Surprisingly ... Not So Happy
I really thought I was going to like this neck support pillow from the get-go. Granted, I haven't had it very long, but I don't look forward to using it. For starters, it has an odor that gives me a headache. Okay, I realize that memory foam can omit odors ... so I've been leaving it out to let the chemical smell leech out. My second problem is that it is HOT. I don't like this and feel the need to slip in a couple of small ice packs. I'm hoping that this will turn into a benefit when the weather cools ... which it will!As for comfort ... it is definitely more comfortable than getting a kink in the neck from not having any support ... but it is not cushy enough for me. I realize it needs to be firm to offer support, but it doesn't give me that 'ahhh' feeling of comfort. As for travel, it is pretty BIG. Yes, I saw the pictures, but it just didn't register that it is as big as is ... and I'm not a small person. I'm 5'8". Maybe things will change, but I'm sorry I didn't get a replacement of the one I had been using. Unfortunately, the cat peed on it. It was an accident. She is a rescue who had been abused and therefore has bathroom issues. Normally, I would have washed it, but I'm the sole caregiver of my mother who is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's Disease. I have a lot on me at the moment so I tossed it rather than washing it. So I happened to see this travel pillow and decided to try it. The one thing I really like about this purchase is the sleep mask ... but gave it to my mother since she is very sensitive to light. I liked the fact that I can open and close my eyes without my eyelashes brushing on the fabric. And ... I have long eyelashes. One thing the cat has been doing is curling up inside of it. I took her awhile to figure out how to accommodate her ample bottom ... but now knows it will expand ... as long as I don't leave it clipped together! It is really cute.Anyway, I will continue to use this support pillow in hopes I can learn to make it more comfortable for me. If not, I will be going back to the one I had been using. It is called the "Trtl Pillow". It is a 'soft' neck support, folds up much smaller than the memory foam travel pillows, and surprisingly it is not HOT. If anyone is interested they have two versions ... links are:https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KKGCBKH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LB7REMS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I definitely need a good neck support travel pillow. I operate on very little sleep so I try to work in cat naps. I am getting on in years and when my mother has to be hospitalized it is harder for me to sit for long hours by a hospital bed than it used to be. I frequently use one at home since I don't have the luxury of going to bed to take a nap.Support pillows are essential for people who sleep while sitting up. A lot of pain can be generated from not supporting the neck! I don't want to deter anyone from trying this pillow ... I'm just surprised that this particular pillow wasn't more comfortable. This definitely may change as I continue to use this pillow and break it in. I definitely am not going to get rid of it. I was just hoping for a more alluring level of cushy comfort while being supportive at the same time. So I'm hoping this will come as I continue to use it! If not, I'll let the cat have it. If things change for the better I'll definitely update my review.
