Hobbs Batting Heirloom 80/20 Cotton/Poly King Size Quilt Batting

Wife used this in a super quilt she just finished, and it is special. Good weight.

I have used only this batting for decades. It needles beautifully, stays flat, and shrinks nicely when the finished quilt is laundered, giving the quilt that puffy,wrinkly look that one wants in a hand made quilt. I use nothing else.

I almost always use Hobbs 20/20 batting in my quilts. I pre wash the fabrics used, and preshrink this batting. The finished quilt can then be safely washed by the recipient .

I bought this batting on the recommendation of a friend who is also a professional long arm quilter. I am extremely satisfied with this product. I used it for a quilt as you go project. The fabric and block stay where you put them. I used my embroidery machine to quilt the blocks and had no trouble with slippage. I will buy this product again.
