AliMed(R) Adjustable Heel Lifts Heel Lift, Small, Box of 6

They worked fine at first, but after a while some of the layers have started to slide around on the next layer. Instead of being stacked straight up at the back, the top layers slid forward and now the edge is hitting my heel. I've taken them apart and lined them up again, but they just slide back.

I have Achilles tendonitis and this helps a lot!! My Dr ripped me off said that one was $15 then when I went to pay they said $30. Seriously like why would I buy only one?? This a great deal and same that my rip off Dr sells

I have long term injuries/tears in my Achilles' tendons. Before resorting to surgery, my doctor and I decided to try adding lifts and heal supports to my foot ware. These, along with heel cups, have saved me surgery and excruciating pain in every step. They are the same brand and quality I have purchased in his office, but for about 20% less.

I ordered both the medium and the small. I noticed the mediums were uncomfortable in my dressier flats and some athletic shoes. The smalls work great for that. The price can't be beat. Instead of switching from one pair of shoes to the next...I just leave them in. I never leave home without a lift in my shoes. I will order more...I have LOTS of shoes...lol

The lifts were delivered on time and are of good quality. I wanted to use them in shoes that my orthotics don't fit. The bad news is these lifts don't fit in any of my shoes. Seems like they are made for men's shoes. I'm going to see if I can cut them to fit.

They are definitely adjustable, but if you need full height, the layers do not stay together very well. After one week I had to switch it out. Granted I do a lot of wAlking, but I had a different brand that lasted for months.

There should have been directions with these since it's not obvious how to use them. They are supposed to be adjustable but the layers don't separate easily to create different heights - or they break off when trying to separate them. Once separated, the rest of the lift is disposable, not useable. I wouldn't get these again.

These are great heel lifts, not only for comfort but also durability. After having them recommended by my foot doctor, I started buying them years ago and have not found anything better.
