Worked well for me. Relatively easy installation on my washer. I've been using it for awhile now and it has held up.

It is noisy as described by other reviewers but it works fine, it does the job of pumping the water out of the washer, only the electrical connector I had to cut in 2 to fit the electrical connection (a no brainer), so unless your washer is near you when using it due to the loud pump noise I would recommend this replacement pump. Update July 5, 2020: After a couple of months of use, the pump did quiet down to normal levels, I do recommend this pump.

First pump received was slightly different from one that failed (wouldn't fit) Ordered again using same part number, Received correct part. Installed and now machine is working fine. Return process is easy, buy is still cost me time, gas a d wear and tear on my car.

Purchased for washer GE WJRE5550K1WW as the recommended replacement for drain pump GE WH23x10013. Received an OPEN/USED unit with no instructions, but it was clean and dry. The box contained a mounting bracket that was the CORRECT dimensions for the GE washer, but NO SCREWS were included so I had to scrounge around for screws to attach the pump to the bracket. The wiring plug/connector from the washer DOES NOT FIT this unit. This is probably why everyone keeps returning these. Rather than returning it I followed suggestions from other reviews about separating the positive and negative terminals of the original plug via cutting. Once they are separated, the two halves of the connector fit snugly into the terminals on the drain pump. I connected the black lead to the "N" terminal and the black+red lead to the "L" terminal. After all this, the pump works. I do not find it to be noisy as others have stated.

Right part,easy install,cheap fix! Bracket needed minor modification as others have stated,very easy to do. It's a bit louder than the original but not a big deal since mine is in the garage, people with indoor laundry rooms may find this annoying but not a deal breaker. Works great,cheap fix! Yes I would recommend this product.

Product was identical to the washer pump that it replaced. Once I got the front of the washer open the pump was right in front and easy to replace with a nut driver and plyers. Half the price of similar products on the internet and came within three days with free prime shipping.

My washer was stopped to drain water so troubleshoot and found pump was not working order this one and work great No noise and easy to install

First one was leaking, the service was exceptional and sent a working replacement. A little noisier than the original pump, and we are still not use to that, but seems to work way better than the old one.

The price is good. It mounts the same as the OEM unit. Only difference for installation is the electrical connection. Problem is easily solved. I would buy another if needed

Literally broken garbage. Seentech is a scam. Do yourself a favour and spend slightly more money to get an OEM part from a reputable parts supplier rather than giving this awful company a penny. The day I returned this broken piece of junk I ordered the OEM part from PartSelect.ca. It shipped same day and arrived the next day. Replaced my broken pump and it worked perfectly. Why are you wasting your time and money on Amazon in general? You deserve better my man!
