Unhelpful
Extremely unhappy with the product and service. Didn’t get what is advertised and instead got a picture that covered the whole plaque and writing over the picture. I had to contact twice before I got a reply to which they weren’t very helpful and asked if I wanted a refund, to which I replied “I would prefer a exchange” and I’ve not had a reply back. So disappointed because I was so looking forward to getting what was advertised and in the other reviews for my partner for Christmas after loosing his brother at such a young age.
