Wretched company ethics and a non working product
I purchased this product to fix my wife’s Audi avant. I bought the iCarsoft brand because the i930 I had previously purchased for my Range Rover works so well. This one was a mistake. It doesn’t work with my Audi at all. I spent three weeks with the technical support of iCarsoft attempting to get it working and after multiple failed software and firmware updates, I was told that I would need to sell their faulty equipment on the private market and purchase on of their more expensive pieces of equipment. This was a despicable suggestion to me and I will be selling the models of their product that I own and transferring to another brand.

Awesome for the money
Awesome tool,you can check everything,worked great on a 2013 Passat for checking why the A/C stopped working.You gonna get code Translations.My was - refrigerant pressure switch shorten out.I gonna test it on my 2010 CC also.Easy Updates per USB and Internet.Love it.

Excellent product, achieves solve the problem of light airbag in my VW Passat 2012, this if you read DTCs and deletes, formerly probe these U281 and U480 different brands, but do not work with reading DTCs, this product is complete for any model of VW, thank you I'm really happy with it.

Works great so far
Haven't really played with it too much, but it worked right out of the bag. Literally, it has a zip up bag which is a pretty nice accessory.
