Towle Living 3-Piece Ceramic Caddy with Wood Tray, White, Black

This is a great item. It's really cute on my table when I entertain.

I'm changing things up in the kitchen and decided that I'm totally tired of silverware hiding in a drawer, so I ordered this 4-piece caddy. WHAT YOU GET ► the set arrived well packaged and I think the UPS driver would have to had to run it over in order to hurt it. ► there are 3 ceramic tableware holders with a dark stained wood tray that holds them. ► the trays have indentations to keep the holder in place. ► the ceramic holders have 'cut outs' of the basic 3 types of silverware --spoons, forks, and knives. These indentations/cut-outs have a metal spook/for/knife glued in them which is quite cute. What I LIKED was the appearance. The style would be appropriate for a lot of settings. What I WISHED WAS DIFFERENT is that the contains were larger. Not a lot larger, but another inch in diameter would have been better. And I wish that they were taller. The containers don't quite come up 1/2 on the silverware. This hasn't posed a problem so far, but the ratio sort of bothers me. CONCLUSION We are a family of 4 and these containers barely fit the silverware we use. (Perhaps we have more than other families.) Generally speaking though, I am satisfied with the quality for the price. And I definitely recommend this set. I've come back to upgrade my rating to a 5 STARS. I just love this caddy. I've had it 6 months now and it still looks like new, works wonderfully, and is pleasant to look at. Honestly, having flatware in drawers is a bother. This 3 ceramic caddies is a big help not just in arrangement but an investment in an eye-catching food presentation. The combination of ceramic with stainless steel impression on a wooden tray makes its unique appearance. The generic yet stylish design makes this caddy holder good for everyday use but can also be an excellent addition to a buffet table. This ceramic caddy although can hold a good number of silver wares each in three separate caddies does not occupy a big space and can fit in one small corner of your table or counter. One key features which makes this apart from its competitor is this ceramic is dish washer safe making its cleaning more fast and efficient. The only setback of this product is -since it doesn't have holes the silverware need to at least be damped so that the water will not be trapped,but again, this product is not intended like a silverware drainer so I guess thats beside the point. Personally speaking, I am impressed with the thickness of each ceramic caddies which adds to its durability level its much more than what I was expecting.

Really cute silverware organizer made of ceramic holders, securely seated on a wooden type base. There’s a bit of a whimsical touch with insets on each holder with little, lightweight metal pieces in the shape of the corresponding silverware. It’s great for bringing a little fun personality to organization in the kitchen.

I love these utensil holders! I bought two sets years ago and was happy to find I could still get them.

This utensil holder was exactly what I was looking for. Can be used in casual or formal settings and what I like the most is that the utensils don’t get stuck when trying to pull them out!

No guest ever asks where the utensils are. This was needed in apartments that came with very few kitchen drawers. These were clean and modern. We would rinse them out occasionally for collecting dust. They lasted about 7 years and 3 homes before one cracked. If you have heavy handles on your utensils it will cause these to tip or not fit in the holders.
