Good overview of confidence and how to get more of it
If you've ever wondered about what confidence is or wanted more of it, this is a good primer. I had never really given it much thought but I saw this and figured I could probably use more of it. Most people can probably read this in a day or two, and in keeping with the short format and "hacks," start implementing a lot of the suggestions right away. Then there are other hacks that will take more time and probably have a more profound effect on your confidence. This has made me think about how our level of confidence affects just about everything we do (now you too can go to the bathroom like a boss!). I'm not an expert in the confidence field, but this book has helped me add some behaviors that have increased my own confidence.

Good book but read others
I find David's other books more interesting like 18 mindsets, dominate life 30 rules and of course calm, cool and collected. Read them first

Pretty good!
I will definitely use some of the hacks in the book and feeling more confident! We all know most of them he came up with, but no one put them in a writing the way David did in this book. Good job and looking forward to seeing David's next project, quite honestly!

Quick read, standard but solid advice
Great set of quick tips. Some of the chapter titles sound like clickbait but for the most part there are several helpful ideas for habits and hacks pertaining generally to confidence or overall mental health. A few of them might be obvious (i.e. meditation) but there are several original ideas here and a sprinkling of personal stories help humanize the author and provide the context. All in all, a quick read but a solid reference guide.

Not original, but they work,.
This is a collection of techniques for building confidence. Most of them aren't original, but they're presented briefly in a well-organized fashion and they work.It's a short book, but packed with information.

Easy to ready and practical.
Great Read... Some of these hacks... I was aware of and have been using them already so I know they work. Overall very practical ideas. Language is simple and easy to understand.Good Job David.Cheers!

Good Read!!
Author writes his expirence with full honestly. In my personal opinion, Starting of the book is captivating, later half of book is more inclined to physical well being. Though, I learned alot from this book.
