TofuttiBetter Than Ricotta Cheese, 16 oz

Great consistency and surprising flavor. Tastes very similar to real ricotta but it’s not perfect. I can taste the difference. I made lasagna and it threw it off slightly. My husband didn’t notice tho. When baked it gets super creamy and nice. I probably won’t get it again but it was fun!

I baked this in a lasagna and it pretty much disappeared......

The Tofutti non-dairy products are excellent replacements for their dairy counterparts.

I used this in lasagna, wish I has just stuck with crumbles and vegan mozzarella.

I use this in lieu of mozzarella. I have been vegan for 40 years and this is the best of its' kind. Melts great! Tastes great!

This is the worst dairy substitute I have ever had! First, the texture is just terrible -- a mixture of cakey and watery. Second, it smells terrible. Third, it taste beyond terrible, just the worst tasting product. I threw away the entire container!

We don't eat dairy so this works great! I made lasagna yesterday and it tasted delicious with this Tofutti ricotta
