My old car had lumbar support new one didn’t so I bought this based on price and reviews. Great choice and the black mixes with the black seats so it’s not so obvious. I drive a lot especially in hours of traffic. It’s better than my old cars lumbar support that was built in. Highly recommend

This is money well spent: it has been a long while since I bought an item and declared that it is every bit worth the money invested. The big ant lumbar support is a good buy. The first time I used it, it felt as if I was supported by a cushion of air. The design is awesome ergonometrics-wise and the pressure points make for very good massage pressure points. In all sincerity, I recommend the use of the big ant lumbar support for office and car seats (I use the item in these two cqpacities).

This was a nice product when I had a location based job, even with a 30 minute per way commute. It worked pretty good and provided adequate back support for that and for shorter distance driving. However, I would not recommend it for people who drive distances or work delivery, taxi or rideshare jobs as it winds up uncomfortable and not very supportive after awhile. Another issue I had, even from the start, is that I could BARELY get the strap to go around the drivers seat in my Nissan compact sedan as it just wasn't long enogh/couldn't stretch enough to really fit well and eventually the strap snapped. Could I still use it without? Probably but with the support not being enough anymore, I stopped using it after about 6 months. Since I stopped using it, I've tried a few different small and throw pillows but have actually just ordered an actual foam lumbar support pillow as a replacement as my back pain when driving has gotten progressively worse over the last 3 months (stopped using it finally a month ago when the strap snapped).

I have had these wire mesh back supports in my car before, and always liked them because they allow air circulation. This one, however, is too flimsy to offer support, the textured area in the center is barely seen on and came apart in a couple days, and the elastic that holds it in place stretched out immediately. It's already garbage from 2 weeks of normal use.

This does help my back. I wish the product came with adjustable vertical straps. It has a horizontal strap to place over (i.e., across) a chair; yet, the two inner vertical straps are not secured to the chair. I have to use Velcro straps for stability. However, I still use this product when I am on my PC.

The center portion is stiff plastic. I thought there were beads for comfort, but they are stiff prongs. The device is somewhat soft, and I wanted to pad it to add effectiveness, but then the prongs ate into my back. So, I removed the center section and found that their stitching had created 2 holes in the mesh underneath. This means that the device's structural integrity is likely bad from the start and holes will appear in short time. I won't know because I trashed it. I wanted to find better support than the garbage foam devices, but this one wasn't it. I should have considered the design more. Products are made to be temporary now, so scrutinizing the design is a must. Save your money.

Greatly improved comfort in the driver seat of my vehicle. Air is able to circulate in hot weather so I don’t sweat!

Good support for lower back. Design allows air circulation between the seat back and your back. Made a big difference after a 2 1/2 hr drive.

The product is fine but it arrived with a hole in it. Doest impact performance but will not last. Otherwise was delivered quickly.
