I've purchased 6 of these shirts in 2 colors. They are all made in Bangladesh. Unfortunately, the last two, which I just received, are both defective. The thread on most of the buttonholes is not properly sewn on, so the button gets hung up on the thread. If you cut that loop of thread off, then the button becomes too loose and slips out of the buttonhole.

2x-large and xx-large are the same size and prices are based on the seller who is listing the item. Different sellers will list the size name different to have less competition for that given size name. E.g. I just looked at the size options and there is a size option of 2X Plus. This item is not available in a 2X Plus.
