Astrolabe Geocoin - Antique Bronze

Packaging was good and shipping was quick. The astrolabe is hefty and the silver on bronze design is nice looking. Fit and finish is quite poor though. The sights are not aligned well and the sighting arm itself is wobbly. The base came with a dent in the rim and some scratches. For the price paid I was disappointed in the shoddy workmanship.

Arrived quickly and in good condition! This Geocoin has moving parts like a real astrolabe and is trackable through the CompassRoseGeocoin.com website. I can't vouch for its accuracy since I don't really know how to use an astrolabe but it is attractive just as a novelty item alone. 🙂
