I honestly do not like giving negative reviews, however this book forces me to as it is terribly written: obviously not proof-read, typos galore, sentences that are not even sentences, redundancies everywhere, vague statements without any sources mentioned (ie - "many people have said so..." kind of statements), incessant repetitions, and just plain childish writing.That said, the book does contain a few methodologies that might be of value, but even if this is so, the careless, lazy writing makes uncovering them such an irritating endeavor that I am strongly tempted to stop reading before finishing.I am truly sorry, but despite my high hopes, I cannot in good conscience recommend this book.

I got this because it said it had tips you cant find online. Everything it said, I had already learned from google. Save your money, use the internet.

This is a Must Have as a prerequisite for beginners. Relives concerns about astral travel and gives valuable and easy to understand techniques.

mmm ... Wasn't impressed.
