I have tried 3 other brands over the past year and a half this by far is my favorite! The Light roast is my favorite of the options available. It allows more control to hold the coffee inside for a longer period of time. Buyer beware if trying the Ultra Light!!!

Not light roast
This is NOT light roast it's dark. I hate it and now I'm stuck with 5lbs. I'm mixing it with another brand that is actually light roast. I don't eliminate as much with this coffee vs the real light one. Too expensive to throw it away and I doubt the 4 unopened bags can be returned.

This is a great product for coffee enames
This is a great product for coffee enames.Although it is not a Gerson Theropy approved coffee as it is advertised.Gerson Theropy ONLY uses an organic coffee by Cafe Mam.Check Gerson web site to confirm my post.To some up my thought it is high quality product but falsely states that Gerson Theropy uses sells or authorizes their coffee.
