Dong Quai 520mg 100 Capsules (Pack of 2)

I take this every few days for menopause exhaustion and works good. There are some long term side effects possible, so I only use this here and there when I really need it. When I took it daily I was out of breath running upstairs and when I stopped the out of breath feeling stopped ,so I am careful about how often I take it.

Have been taking this brand for a long time. Due to price and quality it remains a go-to for the last decade or so.

Will make u bleed in between periods....will also get you pregnant out of nowhere. Be careful lol

Smells truly horrible. I powered through the 2 pack of bottles I bought and can say I won’t be buying it again. Never noticed any issues with the supplement itself but the smell/taste alone is enough to keep me from buying or reccommending.

Started this for hormone balancing and uterine health. Cycles had been shortening, and they stabilized at a nice length. PMS was down to one day and pretty minor. Overall, very happy with results. As with most supplements, I ran out and stopped to see how that felt. I like to know what works and doesn’t and can usually tell pretty clearly. Two short cycles, more PMS, and a return of night sweats led me to order them again and will keep them on hand!

Ok, so I haven’t been diagnosed with perimenopause… yet. I’m 44 and have noticed earlier this year that my period cycles have been starting to become irregular. I typically have a 25 day cycle. Once cycle was 44 days another was 49. I haven’t had irregular periods since I was a teen. I started 520mg of Dong Qui since April. It is Now mid July. I have had my period 2 times since adding this supplement to my regime. I am expecting to start my next period in the upcoming week. So, far I’m pretty satisfied this product.

I have been taking this plus chaste tree for a month now and I just got my period today. I have been struggling with a hormone imbalance (terrible emotions) around my period for about a year now. I’m 36 and it just seems to have gotten more difficult as I get older. Taking these 2 supplements for a month, I did not even know my period was coming. Usually I can tell by my mood and literal impossibility to deal with anyone. This stuff really works! I am very impressed.
