Easy to put together. Look good loaded up with dvd's. I bought 2. I need 5 more.

Was looking for a set of shelves that would not take over the shole wall. Bought 3 of these and put together and could not be more pleased with how they worked out. Holds a lot of movies and flexible to get the most value of storage space. Only downside is the center shelf is fixed which limits options. With all purchases of these types of shelves, they are easy to screw up if you don't put them together correctly. Take your time, don't force things, and they should last for as long as you need them. Not sure how they would hold up on a move, but they will last as long as we stay in this house.

These shelves look nice, and are perfect depth for media. I use them for video games, so the shelves hold everything from Atari cartridges to PS5 games. The point is that all shelves are used exactly what they are "meant" for. They have been in use for approximately 5 to 6 weeks, and nothing heavier that a DVD case (same weight as disc based games.) The frames of these things are still solid, but every internal shelf is sagging greatly after not even a full two months, which leads me to my one star review. These shelves are complete trash, since they cannot even serve their primary purpose. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. I am going to have to get replacements, but do not know which ones to go with yet.

Somewhat deceptive. I bought this for DVDs - as a millennial I still have a substantial collection. The photos of the shelves lead me to believe it would hold all six shelves of DVDs however it is not tall enough to due so. If you are planning to use it for DVDs, please note only FOUR shelves will fit.Additionally, it is not entirely stable. There are cam locks that seem like it's going to hold the top half together and the top shelf on however instead of screwing in for a firm hold they just wedge in. They don't even wedge in well, leaving the top shelf and upper half prone to instability and coming apart. The only thing truly holding this unit together is the backing.I will be reinforcing this with different hardware, I can't believe the lack of care on these cam locks.HOWEVER - I do love the look of this unit and it was otherwise made well. The instructions were clear and well labeled and it is perfect for where I wanted it. I do wish it held more DVDs. I thought I was going to be able to add my entire collection to it but it turns out I'm going to need to do some more organizing. I still have a whole other box to unpack.

Great product

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure, but having bought Sauder in the past I thought I'd give it a shot. I found almost all of the negatives mentioned to be wrong, at least on the one I received. The only issue I found, which one review mentioned, was that if you fill it with cd's the shelves will begin to sag in the middle from the weight. Knowing this, I bought a sheet of thin plywood, cut out 6 small rectangles, spray painted them brown and inserted one in the center of each shelf to brace them. No sagging and you barely notice them. I also used wood glue when assembling it, so it's very sturdy.

Easy to understand and great visual instructions. Assembles in a fast way. Shipped from the factory in Ohio..reliable and long time in business..recommended !
