I have fallen head over heels for Edison light bulbs. What an amazing concept using old style vintage design with not a lot of brightness, rather dim, and different shapes and such of bulbs. I purchased this simple light stand, slapped a weird shaped Edison light bulb with a special designed filament and presto instant ambience. The lights don't require a shade and are somewhat mesmerizing depending on what type you have. I've used a couple different kinds of bulbs for the stand. The stand was an incredibly great value as these Edison bulb lamps are crazy expensive at the retail level. I was just looking for a touch of light in our window and our family room. I'm also using another one in the bathroom as a night light and it works fantastic. You can see in the bathroom when you have to take a visit in the middle of the night but it isn't so bright that it wakes you up. It's mesmerizing to a degree. Like I said I love the bulbs. I highly highly recommend these light bulb stands they are durable they are simple and they are not crazy expensive.

I purchased this light for my classroom. I have a framed picture of Thomas Edison next to it and one of his famous quotes. It is a beautiful piece, gives off a lot of light, and is industrial but timeless.

I bought this to help me program some smart bulbs that will go into ceiling fixtures. But I like it so much I may get another to pair with. It's good quality and I like the size.

I originally got this for a bulb camera that I alternate between my 60 W Edison bulb when I’m not using the camera. I switch to the camera when we go on a weekend trip to keep an eye on my pets and it works great for both!

Misled into thinking this comes with a bulb. This product DOES NOT come with a bulb.

I bought this lamp base, and there’s a piece of paper between the inner and outer sockets. At first, I thought I was supposed to remove it, but it wouldn’t come out no matter how much I pulled. Once I attached the bulb, it was too loose and couldn’t stand straight. It seems like the paper was placed there to keep the bulb from wobbling. In the end, I had to cut some extra paper and stuff it into the gap to make the bulb stand upright. Also, the bulb is not included!!! If you like this lamp base, just be aware of this issue before you buy it.

I love this little lamp! It fits so well in my place. I love the look, and style. My only feedback is I wish the electrical cord was longer

Par contre, je ne sais pas si ça fonctionne mal, mais quand je baisse l'intensité (Ampoule LED Edison, à Filament) ça me donne une lumière stoboscopique qui pique les yeux ...
