I have owned dozens of great iems, from Shure to Westone and my share ...
I purchased these in April 2017. I have owned dozens of great iems, from Shure to Westone and my share of not so great sounding iems like hifiMan and nuforce. These were purchased directly form RHA on Amazon and have not given me any trouble with failure of the left channel. Then again, I only use about 7 hours per week on walks.Sound quality with supplied tips is good with enough emphasis in the bass to combat the typical masking of bass that occurs because of outdoor environmental noise. Mids are right about perfect with food detail and up front placement. Highs are not peaky like many iems with just a bit of grit with the standard tips. Spinfit tips work best for me and provide clean treble and good comfort.I actually bought the MA-750s a while back and did not like them at all. Hard to get a good seal due to weight and poor tips. Response on the 750s is more linear but if you use outdoors they are too lean and have a treble forward nature. All in all, as long as these hold up, I would rank them sonically ahead of the Carbo Tenore, and my old faves the JVC HA-FXT100 and V-Sonic VSD1S.Just curious if the folks experiencing issues are wearing them up over the ear (me) or straight down. Could the damage be from removing them by pulling on the wire or is everyone grabbing the shell of the iem?

Breaking after 7 months
I ordered these and received them in the mail on March 18, 2017. It is now exactly 7 months later and the sound has started to fade in and out as the cord has weakened. I use these on a daily basis (which I assume many people do with headphones/earbuds especially if commuting to work). I wouldn't consider my basic use of these to be rough. I'm not sure about everyone else, but I feel like a lifespan of 7 months is unacceptable for a product like this. The sound quality is good for the price, so it's a shame that they don't last that long. But as of now, I would not recommend them.UPDATE: After my experience with RHA, I can now say 'buy from them with confidence'. They no longer make the MA350s so I'm not sure how many people will see this. But they took care of my issue (very quickly, I should add). I updated my rating, too.

1st and 2nd replacement pair develop the same issue - breakage in the cable near 3.5mm headphone jack..
Perceived build and sound are great for the price, as per the other reviews here. BUT....RHA replaced my first pair after I got in touch with them about the lack of any sound output in one earphone. The exact same issue appeared on the replacement piece within a few weeks of use. Looks like this may be a manufacturing defect or a poor joint between the cable and the flexible/bending rubber protector near the 3.5mm jack.

Bad sound quality even for that price range.
Since RHA is a very good brand, I was disappointed with the sound quality of this IEMs, even though they are a budget item, they should hold up to the brand's standards, I've tried a few IEM's in the same price range and the MA350 so far showed the worst quality sound, not enjoyable at any frequency range. The build quality is good and fit nicely though.

There are better RHA earbuds out there.
I purchased the RHA MA 350 to replace an older, less expensive model of RHA earbuds. The wire became frayed at the headphone jack end of the wires as these things typically do with normal wear and tear, resulting in sketchy performance. I was optimistic that this newer mode would be even better given the higher price point and "premium" cables. Not only are these NOT tangle-free, they also don't sound nearly as good as the older model. The bass frequencies just aren't there, especially if you're in a noisy environment. The worst thing about the cables is they conduct sound through the cable material. You constantly hear them transmitting the sounds of brushing up against clothing, the side of your face, etc. unless you remain perfectly still. The rubber cables are much quieter. The main reason I tried RHA again was for the excellent fit in my rather small ear canals. These still fit well, but at the expense of audio quality and noisy cables.

THE BEST BUDS FOR THE MONEY.
I am a trained classical and jazz musician who went looking for buds on a budget. I love these for ease of storage, comfort and noise blocking. I can listen in my office adjacent to a full concert band rehearsal and only hear music. I can not hear road noise in the car or on a motor coach - only music. Wonderful bass for rock, heavy metal as well as classical and jazz full spectrum of clarity. Turn off any EQ on your Ipod/Iphone. Nothing is necessary from a Wagner opera to Iron Maiden. THE BEST HEADPHONE FOR THE MONEY. Seriously.....$35 for metal buds!!!!! I cannot say enough about the full spectrum of frequencies, size of the sound stage and balance to all instruments/voices. I can hear the pages turn in the symphony performance. I can hear the feet shuffling from the opera singers. You cannot go wrong with these. The cloth cord.....You can live with the noise in it for the fidelity of the buds.

Pros- they sound great especially for the cost of the earphones
Pros- they sound great especially for the cost of the earphones, they are very study and if you are like me who breaks headphones all the time they will last a long time if you take care of them because of the material of the earphonescons- the only real con besides sometimes the sound getting muddled at times which really cant be helped at this price and the fact that they are earphones and not headphones is that the material of the strings can be loud at times when its rubbing up against something or you are touching them and moving them around while listing to them you can definitely hear the movements

RHA MA350

Good earphones
I specifically got these to listen to music and audiobooks in bed. Since they have a flat back they are fairly comfortable to lie on.I find them a good fit for my ears and the sound quality is good. I use Sound Magic E10s as my "going out earphones" but the sound quality of the E10s and the RHAs is comparable. E10s have a bit more bass whilst I find the RHAs have a bit more clarity and depth.Out an about I did notice noise from the cable, which I don't get with the E10s but I did not find it overly annoying. I certainly do not notice any cable noise using them in bed. The cable is not as tangle free the E10s, but not as bad as e.g. Sennheiser CX300s.The 3 year warranty seems very generous. I tend to make headphones last but I seem to be the exception in my household! For comfort, warranty and sound quality, I prefer the RHS MA350s. For daily use and robustness, the E10s win out. If I had to pick only one, RHA has it.

Satisfecho
Muy buena, sonido limpio, bueno el aislamiento. Carece un poquito en la gama de los bajos sin embargo el sonido es lleno y el gain volumen es mejor que en otros auriculares que he usado.
