Works great with accushot rings and a bushnell trophy scope..very pleased. fit my TC omega perfectly.

Too old for iron sights
Bought it for my TC Impact and it fit perfectly. The bell size of my optic was hampered by the iron rear sight ramp. If you like the scope low to the barrel, depending on the length of the optic and the rear sight configuration of your ML, you may have to remove sight blade or even the ramp or get a high enough ring set to sit over them.

Perfect fit on my TC Omega
Had a 2 piece mount and replaced it with this one piece. Everything lined up and I have a nice tight fit for my rings and scope. Only reason I did not give it a five star is the cost, pretty pricey for the size of the part --- but it works well.

Great Weaver Mount
The finish on this mount is amazing. The screw positions line up perfectly on the TC Impact that it was installed on. Once the screws were inserted and secured with blue Locktite the base is solid as a rock. You don't need the loctite but I put it on everything that I don't intend on moving or will suffer from vibrations

Not Picatinny Rail Spacing
Nice base great price...But consider that it is not a Picatinney spaced rail...May not have as much adjustment as you want for your scope

A necessary item for mounting a scope
I have not mounted the scope mount yet on the rifle barrel because I cannot get the screws out of the rifle barrel to remove the iron sights to make room for the mount. However, I can tell by looking at the mount that it is a quality piece of equipment.

just fine. They work fine
I purchased 2 of these mounts and they went onto the Thompson Center Impact, just fine. They work fine, however they need to be an 1 inch longer so I can mount the scope further forward. I solved the problem by putting a Red Dot scope on. Everything is wonderful now.This scope base fits the Thompson Center Encore - Omega - Pro Hunter - Pro Hunter FX - Triumph - and the Impact.Yes, I would purchase this scope base again if I needed it .

Works perfectly on T/C Impact muzzleloader
This Weaver base works great on my T/C Impact MZ. Even though the description notes it's gloss black, I couldn't tell any difference from my matte black Weaver scope rings I bought with this. Overall the combo of a black scope, rings and base look good on my Weathershield Camo Muzzle loader.Overall if you're looking for a base for your muzzleloader that will fit the Impact, then I highly recommend this base.
