Didn't hold up with porcelain tile
We are working on a house with 6 full baths, good size kitchen, backsplash and over 1000 Sq ft of basement floor. Mostly porcelain and crackle tile. So far, we finished 3 full baths and most of kitchen floor. There is still half of the diamond left on the blade but we couldn't make a fast clean cut anymore. The tile would either crack up at the end of the cut or not a clean straight cut. We knew it is time to replace it because time is money. I would say this is still a good blade. We could finish that much work with fast clean cut for very hard material and the price we paid. We were able to use up most of the diamond when cutting marble tile at other jobs. We tried other name brand like Dewalt and Husqvarna, it performed the same result with porcelain tile. I will try different blade at Amazon for cheaper price to compare it.

Great blade for clean cuts
I am do it yourselfer and read the reviews on many blades. Not having any experience in using a wet saw to cut porcelain and marble I looked at what contractors said about how many jobs they've done with the same blade. Sounded impressive (5 jobs, 8 jobs, etc). Then when we decided on what we were actually going to do with our shower floor it became clear to me that the number of jobs is irrelevant, it's really the number of cuts. We (I) cut 12 x 24 porcelain tiles into 2 x 4 rectangles for the shower floor. By the end of the job this blade will have made over 750 cuts and it still cuts cleaner than the tile company that I paid $4 a cut to make my 24 x 24 tiles into the 12 x 24's we're installing. Awesome blade and worth the few dollars more than the cheaper blade it replaced because of all the chips it was creating.

Stopped cutting fast after 7 Years!!!
Man this blade combined with my tile saw (from harbor freight) a real work horse. I remodel about 5 showers a year and lay about 8K sq ft of tile per year as well. Purchased this in 2013 still cuts in 2019 but not as fast. I highly recommend this blade. Back then it was 65 now its like 45 dollars so even better deal...

Cut porcelain tile with no problems
I purchased this blade for use with our wet saw on a huge tile project, over 1,000 square feet of impervious and high density porcelain tile. Our original generic blade literally wouldn't cut it, and with such a large job, we needed a blade that would perform quickly and make clean cuts. After reading plenty of reviews, I settled of this Pearl blade, and I am thrilled with the results. Every cut, from the first to the last, was quick and clean. The job is complete and looks great, and the blade is still in fine shape and ready for the next project.

The Blade to Buy!
Using a wet tilesaw, in particular the MK-101, I have found this to be the best of 3 blades which I bought. It consistently gives the best surface with the least chip-out. It also handles plunge-style cuts without wobbling. I had to remove a center section from a large (17" square) porcelain tile to fit a lighting fixture, and it was up to the task. I have come to the conclusion that there are no "perfect" saw blades, but compared to the others I have used, this is by far the best. Go Pearl!

Very pleased!
I used this for 300 sq.ft Travertine tile (1/2" thick), Versailles pattern. Some of the tiles are 24" x 12" of which I had some special cuts of 2" on one side and 3" on the other side in an "L" shape. Cut was clean and piece did not break. Very pleased!

Cuts great for a while
I bought 2 of these and they lasted maybe half as long as the ones i get at Home depot for about the same price. I'm cutting porcelan tile that looks like marble. $ boxes of tile, 2 cuts each tile and it was done.
