Decent for the price
Got this sling for my Alpha Black marker, received it in the mail fairly quick but found out that the sling isn't an exact fit. The sling has plastic clips on both end but also got an extention after the clips (as seen on the picture), at first I thought I can just use the clips and take off the end pieces but the clips were too big for the sling ring on the marker. The two ends are also different, one is just the nylon sling the other is velcro, so what I ended up doing is hook the non-velcro end to my stock of my marker and then velcro the other end on the barrel shroud. The sling itself is OK, with it I was able to carry the marker on my back and freed up my hands, the nylon material seem a bit cheap but for this price that's more or less what I expected. If I had to do it again I might go with a 1 point sling instead.

Good, Sturdy but Uncomfortable
This sling is a sling, nothing else. The material is extremely strong but it is really irritating if it touches your skin for too long. Otherwise, it is light and very convenient. It can hold up my 98 Custom with a loaded Halo Too Hopper and a 14 Inch Barrel

Good buy
The sling is made from strong nylon with plastic clips. Seems sturdy. It quickly and easily attaches to your marker, has a velcro attachment that will attach to anything near the back end of your gun, a nylon loop for your barrel to go through. It'll do the job of holding your gun when you need your hands.

It works, but wouldn't buy again
It's functional, and seems strong enough to support the weight of an Tippman A5 with add-on shoulder stock. However, the material itself is rough and can irritate skin. I'd rather invest in something a bit more sturdy and with better materials. If you're just looking for cheap and functional though, this would probably be perfect for you.

great
I have one end that clips on to the stock and the other end strapped to the barrel, hasnt slipped yet or come off since one of the ends is velcro but sturdy, very reliable

I'll probably get a new one down the road - for now it is fine
Sling came with no instructions. This is the biggest and most critical flaw. I know you shouldn't need instructions for a sling but this felt like it was missing parts and I couldn't verify because I had no paper on it. Forget looking online, it was as if the product didn't exist, not unless the picture is a thumbnail as big as your index finger.I rigged it so that I could use it in the three-point sling style and it works for now. It feels good and the quality of the material isn't bad but I know I don't have it hooked up right and if I don't rig it just the way I have it the gun is at my ankles.Sorry but just not a good buy ... the vendor was great, great price and excellent shipping ... but the product just didn't rub me the right way. I'll invest in a different sling somewhere down the road but for now, this works.

Save your hard earned money
First impressions: Did I seriously just blow this much money on a nylon strap that is shoddily made... ughThe Pros: It doesn't smell bad....The Cons:Extremely overpriced for what you are actually getting. The strap isn't exceptionally well made and doesn't appear capable of sustaining any type of real world abuse or use so I wouldn't expect to get more than a year or so out of this before the plastic pieces break.Worth the Money / Would I buy this item again?: I ended up taking the metal clamps off a laptop bag that was purchased for only slightly more than this entire strap and using the heavy duty metal camps and strap that came with that bag on my marker. This strap came wrapped in shoddly looking old plastic with a rubberband around it) - Don't expect to get a retail packaged "Tippmann" anything. This could have and probably is a re purposed sling from a shoddy production run of some other product.

Does Not Come With Instructions
I searched the web for an hour to try and find instructions on how to install this sling. There's nothing out there. Ultimately I cut off all the plastic connectors, threw the extra loops away, and got some good metal carabiners from my local backpacking shop. Loop the carabiners through the fabric loops, and also through the sling mounts on the gun, and you're good to go.I get that this thing is designed to be "universal." And I didn't pay a lot for it in the grand scheme of things. But I think if I buy a tippmann sling for my tippmann gun, I ought to get a quick set of instructions which are applicable to tippmann guns. Or at least have it on the web somewhere if you want to save on printing costs. Sure, if I want to use it on another brand of gun, I would expect that i might have to cobble something home-made together. But I specifically went and bought tippmann for tippmann, in the hopes that it would be easy. I could have just gotten a strap at the backpacking shop where I bought the carabiners - and it would have cost me like three bucks instead of fifteen bucks.I'll find out tomorrow if it actually works well and holds the gun. I mean it's a strap, it'll probably work fine. But at the end of the day, there is certainly no need to buy this particular strap vs. any other strap you could easily get for much less money.
