I have this splitter cable hooked up from my smart phone to a powered subwoofer and factory stereo. I have one KabelDirekt 3.5mm cable which is connected from one female end of the splitter to the aux input of the factory car stereo and another KabelDirekt 3.5mm to RCA splitter 15ft long running to the powered sub in the trunk. This splitter is a replacement to a solid plastic cased splitter. My Experience: I chose these cables because I wanted a good quality, shielded splitter that I can plug into my phone without removing the case. This cable came to me a day early sealed in a plain, clear plastic bag, packaged in a standard bubble mailer envelope with no signs of use or damage. It felt very solidly built with plenty of flexibility. Installation of the cable was pleasantly easy and simple. It easily clears my hard plastic phone case opening. The male and female connections were just the right tightness. Solid and smooth connections. After getting everything connected and powered up, I immediately noticed that the volume of the subwoofer had increased, leading me to believe that the signal that was transferred was cleaner and more complete (higher voltage) than the previous cables and wires that were used were able to produce. Also I noticed that the sound from the car stereo was very clean with less hum when the phone was not playing sound. It looks much better than the previous setup. I now have matching cables and connections that are appealing to the eyes (and ears). The matte black or super dark charcoal color of the wire casing is very nice and easily concealed. The finish on the connection ends look elegant and high end. All in all I am very satisfied with the cables by KabelDirekt. I have no complaints, only compliments. These are very good quality cables that I would reccomend to friends and family. Pros: -Solid build with thick cable and good looking, quality metal connector ends -Flexible wire can bend to tight corners -The sound quality is great, definitely above average, with no audible hiss -The shielding in this wire is excellent -Looks fabulous (as shown in manufacturer's photos) -Good price point and value Cons: - I dunno Review: Excelente producto. Super Lösung , wenn man z.B mal zusammen einen Film unterwegs gucken möchte, ohne bei der Soundqualität zu sparen. Bisher haben alle Kopfhöreranschlüsse gepasst. Beide Seiten sind in Stereo. Klarer Sound, kein Rauschen, keine Störungen. Der Adapter ist jedoch recht kurz, also nicht als Verlängerung geeignet. Positiv empfinde ich auch, dass die Anschlüsse gespalten sind und sich somit der Richtung der Hörer gut anpassen ohne die andere Person zu beeinträchtigen. Das Produkt sieht hochwertig aus und ist gut verarbeitet. Es wirkt nicht billig. Das Kabel ist etwas dicker/ robust und scheint auch gröberen gebrauch stand zu halten.
