Parade Favors
We used the candy for our July4th parade. We like the idea is was wrapped. Not enough chocolate flavor. Improve it and you have a winner.

It's a tootsie roll
They made for a great accompaniment to my red, white, and blue decor. My only complaint is they are a little hard. So they were not the freshest.
