This was a terrific product for me after extensive surgeries and illness. I had alot of antibiotics and not able to eat healthy, live food. I did 3 weeks of this because I knew I needed a jump start. I'd say it's probably a good idea after you've had antibiotics to get a jump start with a week or occasionally if you only eat dead food. Seems to be of good quality. The price was good for the product.

I have purchased this 3 times (I know, shame on me) and each time it came warm. Twice no cooling at all, last time had ice pack but since it took 3 days to get here the ice pack was actually hot. How Innate or Amazon gets away with this is bizarre. Innate the manufacturer says to keep it refrigerated yet continues to send warm to hot packages. 7 pills for almost $40 is insane. I will now keep buying and returning until they get this right or pull it from Amazon. I suggest everyone who gets an non chilled delivery do the same.

Bought for rebuilding micro biome after intense sickness, have used the brand before with success but this was NOT shipped with a cold pack in May and so very upset that the potency is lost

This was recommened by a friend when my stomach doctor told me to stop eating carrots and spinach. This worked; his did not. Enough said. I ordered the daily product. Love it.

The package arrived on time, but arrived hot, not cold as it was supposed to. Flora are probably dead.
