Each switch has a capacity of 20 amps, as long as that is not exceeded per switch there isn't a hard limit on how many lights can be linked to a switch.

Q: Looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like it hooks into the factory horn. Can you toggle between the factory horn & Whelen horn somehow?

You could wire ina switch in line of the gamma side to where it would break the circuit for it and you just use the regular horn
