Giving these a 5 for now. Excellent upgrade from stock. These led's fit my 06 F250. The lamp holders don't but didn't care because the original ones are just fine. The led's also fit the heater control.

Much brighter than Chrysler OEM bulbs. They have a slight blueish color to them. The led bulbs fit in the OEM holders, even though new holders are provided. The light disperses evenly just like OEM. The only thing that you have to watch is when you install them. You have a 50 50 chance of putting it in correctly. If it doesn't light up remove the bulb and flip it 180 degrees. So check it before you put everything back together.

I am restoring a vintage 1983 Honda VF750F Interceptor. This motorcycle was produced in limited quantities for only two years, but changed production sport bikes forever. In short, it's a vital piece of motorcycle history. However the bulbs in the instrument panel were probably the original T5 12v 3w wedge-base bulbs, which originally produced 9 lumen. At 37 years old they were quite dim. Coupled with my aging eyes it made for challenging night time riding.With parts hard to come by I couldn't risk damaging the dash panel with hot LEDs. Neither did I need something glaringly bright. I chose these bulbs for their relatively lower light output (rated at 100 lumen). They were a good, tight fit in the T5 base and installed without the included twist connectors. My panel really pops at night, and is easily read, but without being so bright as to be blinding on dark country roads. As noted by other reviewers, they ARE polarity sensitive, so you've got a 50-50 shot at installing them correctly. My odds were apparently considerably worse LOL, but simply removing them from the socket and turning them 180 degrees to reverse the connection lit ever one of the ones I originally installed incorrectly. Now we ride, and see how they endure.

I ordered and installed the white LEDs in my 07 Ram. The sockets do fit well, however, they dont have as much of a lip as the factory sockets do, which leaves slight gaps at the twist lock cutouts. This could let dust into the cluster. Electrical tape over the bulb locations will solve that after installation. Easy to install, though as mentioned in product description, the bulbs will need to be installed, then cluster plugged in and turned on to verify each light is in the correct position. Those that aren't must be removed, and reinstalled 180 degrees from their original location. THEN, you can put the dash back together.They are VERY bright. The lowest dimmer setting is close to factory high setting.Overall extremely pleased with the added visibility and updated look. The sockets being separate from the bulbs is a great feature, this allows one to change colors if they wish in the future, without needing new sockets too.

#103 Bulbs are $6.99 per pair and to replace a pair that is burned out costs the same as a kit that will do your complete instrument cluster and if you have to remove the cluster to change two bulbs then you might as well replace them all as generally once a bulb in car goes out the rest follow over the next few months.This creates an opportunity for an upgrade and improvement, Plus LEDS come in array of colors so you can go all Xhibit and Pimp Yo' ride! of course you could just want to do it as upgrade, it's easy enough!I chose Blue because it matched my stereo decks lighting (hey we all have our reasons) and wasn't disappointed at all. although my pics may not do it justice as I am a no photographer.Old greenishe factory Picture 1.Bright, very visual and aesthetically pleasing Picture 2 original factory dash and if you turn on your daytime running lights the blue shows well in daylight! although my pics don't do it justice.*Since I was already at it, I also put in a white instrument overlay and painted the instrument needles fluorescent rd picture 3. I mean since I was already working on it as it is and that was only a few steps more. This is above and beyond not related this product*Best of all, it's unlikely you'll ever need to change the LEDS again unless of course you keep the vehicle 20 plus years...***I am not mechanic and this not mechanic's advice, just how I did it. follow at your own risk, results may vary, I am not in any way responsible for your decisions ***On a 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee you'll need a phillips head screwdriver , a needle nose plier and a sharpie.There are youtube videos that show how to do this also..Step one: Remove plastic cover surround between the steering column and the cluster this is done by hand.Step 2: Remove the four screws that holding the cluster two below and two above.Step 3: Pull cluster out and remove , then unplug the power cord.Step 5 Remove old bulb clips and bulbs using a needle nose turn half of turn ( I suggest cleaning the contacts with alcohol and a Qtip)Step 5: Install LED bulbs in the clips and then back into cluster. Once all complete ontoStep 6: Plug in power and turn on lights, any that didn't light up put and X with a sharpie on the back. Just relax this is not so badStep 7. remove unlit bulbs and then remove them from the clip socket and rotate 180 degrees, the LEDs are polarity sensitive and this will correct any that didn't light. Slightly frustrating but still you've had worse outcomes and this manageable.Step 8 : Plug in check again, If all are lit.Step 9: Reinstall the cluster, screw the cluster back in place and replace plastic cover surround between the steering column and the cluster

The product information tells you to turn the bulb around if they don't light, but not all the sockets in your instrumentation cluster come on when you turn the key. You also have to have the power to the cluster on (and the cables connected) to check and see if the bulb is installed correctly. On my truck, the airbag alarm was tripped because the warning light wouldn't send the correct signal with these bulbs installed. I had to put one of the old incandescent bulbs back in after figuring out where the high-pitched tones under my dash were coming from!

Used to replace several failed bulbs in my 2001 Camry. Tested all of them on arrival with a 9V battery and all worked.My personal choice was to brush clear automotive silicone on all of them above the contacts to prevent moisture ingress on the resistors and LEDs, and all worked fine like that(Picture isn’t immediately obvious but the HVAC controls, gear shifter, and ashtray are all well lit even at dawn time. OEM bulb covers didn’t fit but they weren’t the look I wanted anyway, so the bright white look is quite nice.)Haven’t had a chance to use the PC74 sockets but they’re quite reasonable quality as well. May use a dielectric grease and test that before using them for my instrument panel.

Unfortunately at dusk and dawn these led's are just not bright enough. The bulbs also will only work when instauled the correct 180 degrees turned in, so you have a fifty fifty chance of having to rotate them 180 degrees to get them working. This is not a big deal but is a pain when the dash cluster is hard to remove and must be reinstauled to test the bulbs! The blue colour is nice when dark out but wish they were brighter! My application was a 2006 Eddie Bauer explorer.

I bought white bulbs to replace the OEM bulbs on dash and heater control on my 98 GMC shop truck, fitment is perfect, love the soft white illuminations, however, the turn signal and hazard lights stopped working with these bulbs, I ended up putting the standard 74 bulbs back in, still great value for the money, let's hope they last

2007 ford ranger dash lights....first off with this set , throw the sockets away they dont fit....take your original sockets (10 of them ) & carefully remove the bulbs.....insert these leds in there place..gently !! push the led down "hard into the socket"...when correctly in , the led itself will rest against the edge of the socket...once you get one done its pretty easy from there, changed all of mine ..nice & bright dash again ...if you can just buy the #74 bulbs without the socket..thats the way to go ...

Super produit très bonne LED et sur tout ELLE éclaire sur un temps pas comme un autre model que jai acheter et qu'elle n'éclaire seulement la ou vous lavez installer ...Mais sur ces LED la je n'ai rien a dire que si ce n'est que pour les recommander à tout le monde qui voudrons changer leur vieille ampoule.
