I dont typically leave reviews but for this product I will. Let's start by going back to April of 2024. I had my gallbladder removed. While I have not had any issues whatsoever with not being able to eat certain foods, or certain foods making me sick...I have had other issues. I did gain a significant amount of weight from April to December of 2024 I gained just under 30 pounds. I was always feeling bloated, and constantly had issues with constipation. Moving forward to 2025....from January to February I lost 25 pounds (down to 119 lbs) and was finally feeling a bit better. BUT, I was still having so many issues with my gut health. After tons of research, I decided to give these probiotics a whirl. When I say that after taking the recommended dose everyday for 1 week...I am FINALLY feeling good...I AM NOT JOKING. I am using the bathroom daily, my stomach feels soft and not bloated, I feel less sluggish. This is a major win in my book. And, its great that the price on these is less than $10 for about a 4 month supply! I will absolutely continue purchasing these.

I am taking medication for weight loss. And they have an effect of causing constipation. I have to take laxative to go. So, I tried this tasteless pill to support my gut. Initially it did not work. I changed timings. For me taking my pill on empty stomach early in the morning and not taking and thing afterwards did the magic. I don't need a laxative, my gut health has improved and it is not interfering with my weight loss treatment. It's a win win combination. My suggestion is try different timing and options before giving up, if you are not seeing initial results. This is a good quality product. Good luck!

I was so pleased to get Acidophilus tablets which was in tablet form and I have always gotten capsules so I ordered them any way since the price was lower and are from an excellent tablet.

Just started taking them. Great value for your money. The pills are small enough that they are easy to swallow. Haven't taken them long enough to see if I am benefiting from them or if there's been any change in my system.

so far, so good! It’s very important for me to take a probiotic with my food. This is a one day probiotic that could be taken with or without food. I usually take it with food in the morning and I have not experienced any stomach aches at all. The quality is on point! There is absolutely no taste, or after taste! Bonus! The price was on point, and the product is great.

This does the job! Keeps me regular! Just one a day!
