Presentation is a bit difficult. The texture does not really help the look either. But hey, its really, really good for your health. It works best for me when I deliver it via a nice big spinach, strawberry salad!

These cod livers are so tasty that I want to eat them every day although I know I can't for risk of vitamin overload. This is the tastiest way to get vitamins A and D and a ton of other things like omega-3's! What a product, this is going to be a staple and I'll have a can every week easily.

I started transitioning from Fish oil and Fish oil pills to a more natural source. Banga Cod was so good, I'm a repeat buyer factoring it in to multiple receipts now.

The taste is amazing.
