Beau design
Un peu déçue...j’avais déjà le plat cuisson classique pour pain. Je voulais celui ci pour faire des pains couronnes mais je trouve que ce plat ne permet pas une belle cuisson des boules de pain car le couvercle pose trop sur les boules de pain donc pas assez d’espace pour laisser lever le pain en cuisson. Je regrette un peu cet achat surtout vu le prix...

funktioniert perfekt
Brötchenteig aus 500 g Mehl, mit ganz wenig Hefe, Brötchen in der Form über Nacht im Kühlschrank gelassen, heute früh die Form rausgenommen und den Backofen auf 240 Grad Ober- Unterhitze vorgeheizt, dann 25 Minuten mit Deckel und ca 5 Minuten ohne Deckel gebacken: perfekt. Kompakter als Bäckerbrötchen, aber sehr schmackhaft.Die Form mit heissem Wasser gereinigt, einfach. Ich bin ehrlich begeistert.
