OCEAN REEF - Aria Classic - Blue - Large/Extra Large

I bought two of these for a trip to Mexico. I only visually inspected before packing them. When we got to our destination, we assembled them and went out into the water. After only 5 minutes snorkeling, my husband had to stop and swim back to shore with my help. He was barely able to make it, quite frightening! Turns out his snorkel valve was defective and he wasn’t getting air. I requested support through to ocean reef but never got a response, so went directly through Amazon to get a replacement. This time, I checked the snorkel valve to be sure it wasn’t defective. Bottom line: check the valve to be sure the ball moves freely, unless you want to drown and if you need support, don’t bother trying to contact ocean reef.

Amazing visibility, comfortable. The fin straps pull loose easily, get them set up on land before using the 1st time or you will be constantly messing with them instead of enjoying them

My wife and I are at high risk of complications from COVID-19. Ocean Reef stepped up immediately and made it very easy to use their masks as hospital-grade PPE. I wasn't sure how well our PPE supply was going to handle the winter surge, so I bought two of these masks and one PPE conversion kit for each mask.When you do a seal test on the mask by inhaling after covering the snorkel connector with your palm, WOW does it work. Far better seal than anything you're going to get with any kind of a facemask. You'll look crazy in the supermarket, but the seal is amazing.

Snorkeling can be like an art... and for those of us not good at that art it can be quite frustrating/scary/overwhelming. This has changed snorkeling for me!I really recommend two important things: I measured my head & should have been well into a large. I was ordering close to our departure date so I ordered two sizes and figured I'd return the one that didn't fit... I fit a medium perfectly & I was so glad I planned for "just in case."Also get comfortable with this before you go into open water... Calm, shallow water is a great place to get used to the first shock of a closed valve. I read a ton of reviews so I was prepared for this part & it still felt weird the first time it happened in the open ocean. I can definitely see how one with heavy anxiety should practice more before real use.

Just used this for the first time in Loreto, Mexico - the experience is fantastic. The field of view and comfort is a world apart from a traditional mask/snorkel set up. It's very easy to take on and off quickly and I did not experience any fogging at all. The only gripe I have is that the stem snorkel snaps on easily and you're ready to go...but it was super tough to disconnect. I did not want to break it, so I packed it home together. I'll need to figure that out (!).

This was a great tool for snorkeling this summer. I hated when my old mask would fog up or leak, those days are in the past! loved this mask!

Well made all around! Sturdy construction no cheap parts. Works well even tho I have a beard. Only complaint is I wish it were like 10% bigger. I have a rather large head. So not really the masks fault.

My entre family used this mask and all three found it comfortable, not leaking if sealed properly (i.e. no long hair got under silicon seal surface), easy to breathe, no feeling of lack of oxygen even on long duration of snorkeling.Good product, recommended.

Hablando de mi propia experiencia con el producto, os aseguro que no he acertado la compra.Mi Ocean Reef Aria clasic, me salió muy mala.Esta metiendo agua por todas partes y no tiene nada que ver con el tamaño.Tengo otro modelo que va estupendo, pero está no.No aconsejo la compra.
