These Timberland Pros are the best safety shoes
Absolutely the best casual safety toe shoes. My job requires me to wear casual safety toe shoes and I have tried several different types over the years. I found these a couple of years ago and now I won’t buy anything else. They are by far, my favorite! They fit good and are extremely comfortable, even from the first time I put them on. Theses plenty of toe room, and I don’t even notice that there’s a steel toe. Just be careful as they seem to run just slightly large, by about a half size. I wear a size 10 sneaker, however with these shoes, a 9.5 fits me perfectly. I am currently on my second pair of these now and I will continue to order more. I only ordered a second pair because the bottom of the trad started to crack after 1 year. They are extremely comfortable and are very stylish. These are slip on shoes, so they go on and off with ease. When I am wearing these, i hardly notice the added weight from the steel toe. I typically wear these shoes for about 12 hours a day, 5-6 days per week and are comfortable all day. If you need some nice, stylish, quality made safety toe shoes, then try these out.

Very comfortable safety toe
Good shoe if you need safety toes but want to maintain a business casual look. They are oil and slip resistant (must in an automotive repair shop). They are true to size. This is my second pair of the same shoe I like them so much. Very durable. The sole is extremely durable yet comfortable. Great shoes! You will certainly get your moneys worth..,

Hard to get on!
This is my second pair of Timberland slip-on work shoes. The first was the Timberland PRO Men's Gladstone ESD Work Shoe, which is an awesome work shoe. The issue is that I have to go through metal detectors at work, so I needed something that I didn't have to remove.Hence my purchase here....so far, its very lightweight and comfortable. Those are very important for me, because I do a lot of walking. My major issue with these shoes is that they are EXTREMELY difficult to get on. I actually need a shoe horn to put them on, and even then it's still difficult. Once the shoe is on, it fits great. With my Gladstones, I have always been able to just slip them on in a pinch...with no problem. My hope is that this will no longer be an issue once I wear them in a bit...otherwise, I plan to return them.I wish Timberland would make the Gladstones with an alloy toe.

Good looking shoe, but painful
I unfortunately would not recommend these particular shoes. They are good looking shoes and seem like they will hold up well enough long term. BUT, the first time I wore them, they rubbed the back of my heals raw through my socks. Not because they are sized wrong, but because there is absolutely no soft material and/or cushion in the heal section of the shoe. As I walked, the shoe doesn't move much on the back of the foot, but just enough for the hard, uncovered leather at the back of the shoe to cause an issue. To resolve the problem I cut up an old pair of socks and lined the back of each shoe with a strip of the cloth. This resolved the issue and made the shoes bearable to wear all day. As that was a temporary fix, I will have to seek out some sort of permanent cushion insert for the rear of the shoe which I fear will push my foot forward in the shoe making them too tight. Full disclosure, I also pulled out the original insoles and put in a preferred plantar fasciitis inserts due to the originals offering little to no support for my feet. I work in the industrial field so I am standing and/or walking on concrete for 5-6 hours a day. In closing, due to what all I will have had to go to the expense to add/change on the shoes, I wouldn't say this is a good value. That's unless the price is dropped by 35+% to offset those costs, or better still if Timberland fixes the issues.

I returned them for a size 12 which was painless with Amazon's easy free return policy
I ordered a size 11 which is my normal shoe size and the elastic was so tight i could hardly get them on. They fit okay once on but the tight elastic drove me crazy. I returned them for a size 12 which was painless with Amazon's easy free return policy, they even sent the size 12 out before I had even returned the size 11 (they don't bill for a month on the second pair). The size 12 are perfect and comfortable, they are also very well made. The bonus for me on the second pair was that they had gone down in price by 10 bucks, so i get a refund:-)I am walking the Dogs in shoes to break them in, no blisters so far.
