Quality product. Good value. Holding up well by comparison.
I've previously purchased 3 different types of these inflatable pads and returned 2. Each of the 3 pads eventually failed to hold air after between 3 and 7 nights of sleeping on them. I returned the first 2 and kept the third because even though it didn't hold air after a few days, it was still foam padded and I figured that was the best I was going to get. Well, it's been over a year and that 3rd pad is physically disintegrating. So I decided to see what else is out there. I purchased this pad and am really impressed so far. It inflates easily (for me it's less than 18 full breaths to fill from empty), is actually really comfortable when inflated (compared to other options I've tested), it's super lightweight, and it holds air impressively. I can't say much about how durable it is over the long-term, but so far it's done better than any previous inflatable pad I've ever owned. All of which I paid more for. I'm reviewing this product because the seller sent me a followup email reminding me to review this product as well as to remind me of the lifetime warranty that this pad comes with. Well, I'm really happy with its performance so far. And the lifetime warranty gives me confidence that if it does end up leaking, it will be taken care of. But so far, I'm happy to report that it's been great.

Great pad for tent Camping and backpacking
We purchased two of these sleep pads on Amazon before a 5 night camping trip we took last week. Unfortunately they were delivered to our home 40 minutes after we left the house😂(we don't have prime) So we slept on the ground for 5 nights and the husband and I ended up with very sore hips as we are both side sleepers. Couldn't wait to try the pads so after a few nights our hips recovered and we decided to camp out in our back yard. The pads are amazing! They took no time at all to inflate and they were so comfortable to sleep on. Couldn't believe how lightweight and compact they are when they are in their carry case. We have 3 kids and will need 3 more pads. We primarily were looking for these pads for backpacking but they are great for car camping too. Thank you ALPHABEING !

Great competition against the name brand pad makers
After purchasing this ground pads received a message from Joy the owner of AlphaBeing. She requested that I please leave a review. As it turned out I was leaving that Fri. for a 3 day 2 night bikepacking trip. The forecast was for some of the lowest temps in the Va. mountains this Fall. I loaded my bike and headed out planning to test my new ground pad, Please note that I didn't bring a spare pad in case of problems. My ground pad performed really well. I had a few issues but no real complaints. Bear in mind that I am a thru hiker of the 2000 mile Appalachian Trail and have backpacked/bikepacked for over 35 years so I kinda know what works. First the weight was 16.3 oz/17.3 with the included stuff sack. I felt the stuff sack was a bit heavy but very durable. The pad is a generous size at 23"X78". My 1 man tent had about 8" of extra headroom. If your tent is small the pad might not fit. Most pads from other companies are 20"X72" unless you get the bigger (more expensive) 25" X 76. I'm not sure where they get the 10-15 breaths to inflate. It took me appx 35/40 full breaths and I have great lung capacity. When I first laid on the pad the valve popped open! so I must have not pushed it in far enough. Om nly made that mistake once. I use a down quilt and slept fine in temps that were mid to low 30's although they may have dropped over night. The first morning I thought I'd lost a bit of air but when I tried blowing more in it only took about 3 breaths. It's going to take some time getting use to the diamond pattern as I've always slept on pad with air beams or channels. The pad deflated and packed easily even with cold fingers. There was little or no sliding and no noise when turning over. I do think the pad is more suited to 3 season use. Maybe 4 season with an underpad like ensolite. I've owned pads from Thermrest and Big Agnes and have paid almost $200 per pad in the past. Some have lasted 4-7 years and other's not so long. I'd love to see the big name companies embrace the same philosophy as AlphaBeing and offer pads at a price that more people can afford. Overall, I am very happy so far. I'll continue to use my pad over the winter and into the spring. They do offer a lifetime warranty.

Light weight backpacking pad/great customer service
This is a perfect backpacking sleeping pad. Inflated quickly within 15 breaths. Stayed inflated for 3 nights , last night I just added a few breaths. Light weight, deflates fast and fits in soda can size bag. Comfort: remember this isn’t a full on mattress, you are barely off the ground... but the point is your off the hard ground. Just enough air pockets to keep me off small rocks and give comfort while out on a backpacking trip. If your looking for major cushion and comfort this is not it. Although , I would consider getting rid of larger blow up mattresses just because of the ease of this one. Only fits one body, so when you turn nobody else moves with you. Was not disappointed, just what I needed.

Warranty is suspect
I was drawn to this mattress because it was listed as an Amazon Choice and the body of the add states, "HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY: Making you a happy customer is our first priority. Just try it, and if there is any problem or you don't absolutely love it for any reason, send us a message and we will Refund or Replace your Purchase, NO RETURN NEEDED and NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We are just so confident about our quality and craftsmanship that you can take advantage of this risk free offer! Wait no more and ADD IT TO CART!" I am not satisfied with this product for the following reasons: it takes an abnormal amount of breaths to inflate, it makes a very odd noise while being inflated, almost like a pinched balloon, it is quite noisy once inflated and set up for sleeping and the construction is inconsistent. Based on the above warranty statement, I contacted ALPHABEING for a refund. They have not contacted me or acknowledged my inquiry. I looked for an online contact in addition to the e-mail address delivered with the product and none was to be found. I am concerned about the "HASSLE FREE WARRANTY" because thus far, ALPHABEING is not fulfilling the spirit of their promise.

Very loud, hard to deflate.
Got two of these, first use one popped. Very hard to deflate once at end of rolling it up i could not get the rest of air out and wouldn’t fit back in bag. Bought them for my kids and that’s the perfect size, my husband and i are way too tall.(6”&6’2) Also When we laid on them they were really Loud when we rolled over.

Great if you get one that works
This is just about the strangest product I've ever purchased. I typically hammock camp but there are times where I have to use a tent or the weather will be cold enough that I need the mild insulation on the bottom of the hammock. This sleeping pad is great... when it stays inflated. With my purchase I was given an opportunity to make a post about how I used it and have a second pad sent to me for free. The first pad deflated for me in a matter of 2-3 hours when I used it, so I set it aside and sent the customer service a note. They were awesome and sent a replacement (so now there are 3 sleeping pads). I ended up using the second sleeping pad for the rest of that season and it worked OK. I would wake up to it being about 50% filled which was just barely enough to still be sort of comfortable in the morning. I just took my first trip of 2021 and some of my things got mixed around over the winter so I couldn't remember which if the 3 worked well. I inflated all 3, laid them on a mat with light weight (45lb each) and left them on the floor overnight. One hadn't lost any air at all, one lost about 50%, and one was entirely deflated. No obvious holes or tears or noises happening that clearly point to where the leak was at. So now I have 1 air pad that works well after getting 3 of the same thing. The QA leaves a lot to be desired here, and at this point I can't recommend this air mattress to anybody because there's simply too much variability in the quality.

Good purchase and reasonable
I just received the air mattress and checked it out. It appears to be very durable in construction and I inflated it with minimal difficulty. It’s nice and large, but lightweight too. It felt very comfortable and will fit inside my sleeping bag very well giving me an added layer of insulation. I am confident this product will meet the test on my upcoming backpacking trip into the back country for 7 days.
