Good for getting traffic info on your TomTom. a must have for travelling or commuting. Works well if you are in an area that has the traffic broadcast.Hint: The coast North of San Francisco, CA doesn't have a signal, nor will other rural areas.My only complaint is that it uses the 12 volt plug. I understand that part of the antenna is in the plug, but in today's world USB offers a lot more flexibility. I wish the engineers could figure out as good an antenna with a USB solution.

This is the third one of these I've bought. They're poorly made, and the little metal nubbin that pushes against the inside of the charging receptacle has broken on both of the other two. All the same, it's less expensive than buying a new GPS for someone who doesn't drive that often. I'm wondering why the manufacturer doesn't make a USB cable for this device.

Works well to pick up the traffic info and charge, but it seems the traffic info is not very detailed. Only used it for a week in Miami and there have been several times when I've been sitting in standstill traffic but the instrument shows no traffic for miles.

This is kind of a long cord and I had it plugged into the fitting on the side of the console. Someone was getting out of my car and accidentally pulled the other end out the door. I didn't see it and drove away. It ground off the end that plugs into the Tomtom. The new one works great.

Guess it is good does not fit my gps

This was exactly the charger that I needed to replace the original which broke. It fit perfectly by having the correct connector. Swapped it out with the old one and it worked like a charm. Price was also cheaper than on the TomTom site.

Worked as expected

I finally found the right car adapter so I could get my live traffic lane back. Purchased regualar car adapters thinking thats what I needed for my TomTom GPS. I was sooooo wrong. Lost the traffice lane. Looking forward to all of my trips now. Received it in time for the Memorial Day Weekend. Will buy from this vendor again. Yeaaaaahhhhhhhh

Das Ladekabel kam sehr schnell, genau wie angegeben. Also direkt damit zum Auto und ausprobieren. Ich hatte sofort Empfang, alles klappt super. Ich bin froh es bei Amazon gefunden zu haben, denn bei Tom Tom bezahlt man einiges mehr dafür!! Also wer ein Tom Tom Starter XL hat, kann dieses Kabel bestellen, es passt und klappt!

passt und funktioniert einwandfrei, womit die "Wurfantenne" mit ihren Saugnäpfen endlich überflüssig wurde. Der Kauf (von einem Kollegen empfohlen) wurde von uns jedenfalls nicht bereut. Klare Kaufempfehlung unsererseits. Die Lieferung erfolgte im angegebenen Zeitrahmen, die Waren war gut und sicher verpackt.

Habe das Kabel bei meinem Tom Tom XL jetzt schon eine ganze Weile im Gebrauch und alles funktioniert super!!!Aus meiner Sicht sogar Stabiler als das Original Kabel.Klare Kaufempfehlung!!!

Mein altes Kabel hatte seinen Dienst nach 6 Jahren getan und es musste ein neues her, zum Glück fand ich das passende hier bei Amazon und das zum sale das etwas günstiger war als in den Elektro Großmärkte und kam auch ohne Verzögerung und Schäden an,empfehle es jedem weiter der ein neues RDS TMC Ladekabel braucht.

Das ist schon das zweite Ladekabel was nach einem reichlichem Jahr Schrott ist. Die Kabel brechen und das an verschiedensten Stellen. Bei dem Preis istb das absolut nicht in Ordnung
