A Taste of Filipino Home Cooking
Now live in UK but Iām a native Kapampangan (People born and raised in the province of Pampanga in Centeal Luzon, Philippines, known for their innate good cooking skills) I used this Annatto Seeds (Atsuete) to cook kare-kare, which brought a moreauthentic result than what you get from the ready-made sachet. Real flavours with natural colour and real taste of home. It was easy to use, just soak the seeds in hot water, leave to stand for a couple of minutes, drain seeds out through a sieve.
